Very stylish hotel, with amazing views. Staff friendly, and nothing felt like too much trouble. Food in the A la carte restaurant was very good, and breakfast had a wide variety of options available. I was surprised that it was an extra €20/€25 to use the spa each-I’d expect access to it to be included as a guest. It was a nice area, but I didn’t feel it was worth this charge to access.

Das Hotel ist sehr sehr schön und auf dem neusten Stand. Sehr sauber etc. Aber leider lässt der Service zu wünschen übrig. Man muss ewig lange warten bis mal jemand kommt um die Bestellung aufzunehmen. Man muss schon fast selber reagieren und einfach jemanden ansprechen.. Gilt auch wenn man das Getränk leer hat, es kommt niemand fragen, ob man nochmals etwas möchte.. (sehr schade, denn das Hotel ist wirklich ein Traum)
