This is an excellent hotel in a stunning location. The service from all staff was exemplary. We were on the 2nd floor and had a sea view room. The views were spectacular.

Hotel in stunning location

Fabulous hotel in a stunning location but feel it’s more a 4 star than 5 star. Never enough sun beds and guests were up at 6am in the morning putting towels down to reserve beds all day, felt the pool attendants didn’t really care, you shouldn’t really have do this in a 5 star hotel. We only used the pool area once because of this and the hotels beach area wasn’t much better. We had to find our own spots or pay for sun beds elsewhere on the beach. Apart from this staff were lovely and hotel was spotless. Breakfast was excellent with so much to choose from. Dinner also good but hit and miss some nights. All in all a beautiful hotel but don’t know if I would return as the sun bed scramble every day really put us of. But will definitely return to Cavtat.!

Great hotel in beautiful location

Great holiday in this stunning hotel ideally located in the beautiful town of Cavtat and beside airport. The bedrooms were spacious and so comfortable with lovely views to the sea. Great facilities with very nice and professional staff. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Spent most of our time at the hotel's sea front but great to have an indoor and outdoor swimming pools as other alternative. We used the local bus to travel from Cavtat to Dubrovnik; excellent service. Can't comment on the hotel' restaurants as we went out to local restaurants in Cavtat. Would highly recommend Hotel Croatia.

Wedding Anniversary Treat.

Pros: Great food and facilities.
Cons: Regular gym equipment servicing.
Location: Really a location for sun-worshippers, which we're not. We hired a car and went to Kotor and Mostar. Dubrovnik by water taxi is worth a trip too ;-)
A large hotel, with good spacious interior. Lovely inside and outside pools filled with sea water, so no chlorine issues ;-). The room's do have tea and coffee making facilities, so don't take your kettle like we did! Haha! Car parking is free, but be prepared to walk on a narrow route uphill to and from the parking area. The food is truly 'to die for' - lovely menus with plenty of variety and copious amounts for all dietary demands - I definitely ate too much, but its impossible not to. So, get yourself down the gym; its air conditioned with a water cooler. There's plenty to keep you busy (aerobic and free weights) although it'll be even better once the cable equipment gets serviced. Then jump in the pool or enjoy a steam or sauna. Showers and towels are plentiful and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are air-conditioned and the beds are so comfortable. There's an excellent facility on the hotel beach; loungers, brollies and shade from rocks - we found it so relaxing and sat for a couple of hours on the last day reading our books.

Great location with lovely village on dooorstep and Dubrovnik a 45 taxi boat ride away. Staff very professional.

Loved the hotel

Great hotel but do not recommend for triple room as room tiny with 2 singles and1 Camp Bed tried to change but was put on deaf ears the 3 times we complained at reception to change room or bed , the hotel itself is beautiful breakfast fab/ hotel beach side with loungers fab
