Very good hotel with outstanding staff

I have stayed at the Penang HR, Bali is a bit more lively in keeping with the location. The food is better, pool much better, staff have a really good attitude. The rooms seem a little tired especially the bathroom which is out of sync with the rest of the hotel. Security was as expected very high and service level was generally excellent. Personally I think HR might need to move on a little bit from the slightly kitsch VH1 vibe that they have unless it’s universally working for them. I do like the hotels though and as long as we have children with us we’ll keep coming back

In die Jahre gekommenes Familienhotel

Das Hard Rock Hotel Bali ist ein reines Familienhotel. Nicht für Paare geeignet. Der Pool wird abgesperrt für die Aktivitäten der Kinder. Auch die Poolbar oder der Whirlpool wird von den Kindern in Beschlag genommen. Sogar Abends wenn eine Band auf der Bühne spielt sind die Lounges und die Tanzfläche von kleinen Kindern besetzt. Das Hotel ist zudem sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Vieles ist sehr alt, ungepflegt und defekt. Sehr schade. Im allgemeinen kann man für das Hard Rock Hotel in Bali jedoch die Note „OK“ vergeben. Mehr aber auch nicht. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung.

If you may have not realized, we do have a few programs for couples as well, such as Private Dinners for couples with selections of amazing dining setup, Rock Spa treatment for couples, Boom Box Recording Studio, Shisha time at Sunset Point, and much more. On another side, we will be renovating our rooms early next year, next time you come back, the VIBE will be enhanced. Wunderschöne Poolanlage

Cons: -
Location: Man muss nur die Strasse überqueren und ist gleich beim Strand von Kuta.
Die Pool-Anlage war der absolute Hit. Kinder werden dort sicherlich ihre Freude haben. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und hat mehrere Restaurants, wo man überall gut isst. Das Essen in diesen Restaurants ist aber verhältnismässig etwas teurer, aber es schmeckt sehr gut. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
