Area near Hotel was not clean. Trash in every place.... Hotel area was cleaner and hotel was clean and nice. Quiet rooms and breakfast was good.

Very good airport hotel. Comfortable room, convenient facilities. The food was weirdly bland - I don’t know how it’s possible to make a tuna sandwich that flavourless, and although the breakfast buffet looked great, the scrambled egg was dry, the bacon just salty, the toast meaningless. But… it is an airport hotel at Heathrow, and yet it is habitable and quite pleasant, and not cripplingly rip-off expensive. So… small mercies and yes, I will stay again.

The beds and pillows were lovely and comfortable and linens all nice. Air con didn’t work so had to have window open which meant noise from airport. Lift was broken though a staff member did help carry bags upstairs. We were left to own devices to get back down with bags in the morning. Lots of items off the menu at dinner. Only 2 highchairs in restaurant so toddler had to sit on dining chair… unsafe really. So a tale of two half’s.

Nice and easy check in ... friendly staff. Great location. Lifts were out of order was the only bad thing.
