I changed rooms, and the Front desk was very helpful. BUT....the shower tray in the new room was clogged, and Ihad to interrupt my shower several times in order to drain the water. Not good. The walls were paper thin, and I had to request the guests in the next room to pipe down. The breakfast was inedible. The bacon rashers were as tough as rubber, and the scrambled eggs were lumps of, well rubber! The coffee machines (on all 5 days of my stay there) were inconsistent, spewing out the opposite to what was on the front of the machine. In other words, a truly pedestrian affair. And that is to do pedestrians an injustice.

Very good breakfast, nice garden, clean and quiet room with good bed. Staff was friendly. Only thing to blame was actually that we didn't get the room in time when we arrived.

Gute Mischung zwischen altmodisch/schwülstig und einfach. Toll, dass es eine Badewanne gab! Fruchtsäfte am Frühstücksbuffet sind furchtbar (Sirupmischungen)... Sehr freundliches Personal am Empfang!

Hotelli oli tosi hieno, sisustus oli kiva. Huone oli iso ja siisti. Aamupala oli hyvä. Äänieristys oli aika olematon. Muuten hyvä kokemus, mutta hotellisiivooja oli penkonut laukkumme ja varastanut muutaman kympin käteistä.

Dear Mrs Koksela,All our staff have been working in our hotel for years and they are all reliable people.In each room there is a safe with a key which can be requested at reception.The hotel is not responsible for shortages of any kind, including money.with best regards
