The stay remained good. The only hassle I am carrying back is overcharge of one day room rental that was admitted by hotel staff claiming it is a system error. As per staff the reversal of second transaction will take 14 days that means I have to bear this excess amount for this month anyways while following up with hotel if reversal is not made in 14 days time. Considering name of Rotana such mistakes are not reflecting positive to the brand goodwill.

This hotel is ideally located across the road from the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC). The hotel has a variety of resturants and the quality of their room service food and beverages is excellent and speedy. The room itself was big and very clean and had all the necessities: water, tea/coffee, fridge, ironing and ironing board etc. The hotel practices its sustainability pledge in relation to bedlinen and towels- I was very impressed with this. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone attending a conference in ADNEC .
