This lovely apartment is situated in the popular and renowned 'Santa Maria Apart-hotel’ in San Eugenio, Costa Adeje.

• It is only a few minutes’ walk to the beautiful Puerto Colon Marina and La Pinta Beach.
• Both beaches offer a wide range of activities and water sports. You can get boat trips to see the Whales and Dolphins, scuba dive, boat fishing and plenty more.
• Aqua Park and Siam Theme Park are just a short taxi ride or 15 minutes’ walk.
• The complex is a very popular family resort and has 24 hour reception with security.
• 3 Swimming Pools (heated, Jacuzzi and children's) with lifeguards.

Apartment had everything we needed for our stay, beds very comfortable, great shower, lovely sunny terrace with loungers, great pool area, and situated close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets and c.7 min walk down to the lovely beach of Puerto Colon and 10 mins down to the larger beautiful beach of Fanabe.

Week in November
Had a great week in November with family. Apartment could do with some modernising but has everything you could need. Sunbeds on Balcony get sun all day. We had a problem with air conditioning the last day we were there but apart from that everything was good. Katherine always replied quickly to any communication.

Excellent location, good standard accommodation
Loved the location of this property, everything you need is on your doorstep. Cheapest supermarket is Mercadona up the hill. Tanyos Bar is great, lots of free snacks. Seahorse has amazing tapas...must book! Accommodation is basic and in need of updating, but was aware of this from other reviews. Very good price for the size of apartment. It was clean and we'll equipped, and the AC was a god send, we even used the washing machine. Pool was lovely, but only used it about 3/4 times as we ventured around the island. Pool had the usual towels run at 9.30am which was quite comical...we didn't partake! Would recommend. Thanks Katherine.

Impressed with the size of the accomadation, the mattreses could do with renewing we found that they was not comfortable, one on the sofas in the living room the springs you could feel when sitting on it. However the position of this accomadation is good , the apartment was clean.

Just back home after a break with family, great wee apartment , it's bang in middle of area we like to stay, quiet away from the noisy bars but close enough if you want to be in the middle of the action of Adeje , very clean with everything you'd possibly need for your stay, communication was brilliant as well, any queries were answered straight away by the owner . All in all can't fault the place and will look at renting again in future . Thankyou

Apartment very clean and spacious even water and milk put in so we could have tea and coffee
I would definitely recommend this property on the flat and also loved the idea of not having to use and carry keys as door entry in on a key pad code.The only thing that we did not see as perfect was the TV channels but this would not put us off staying in this again.all light switching were also identified as so you know new exactly which light to turn on and off.Loved it

Lovely Stay
We had a lovely 12 nights stay, the apartment is clean and had everything we needed. The hotel is in a good location to the beach, shops, restaurants etc. The door is a key code which was a big plus for us as no need to carry a key about which was great. Would definitely stay here again

A fabulous base for a lovely family holiday
This apartment is in a perfect location - many shops bars and restaurants surrounding the hotel (2 mins walk ) the beach is 5/10 mins walk down a hill but again perfect distance even with children and the small hill . The apartment is large enough to fit a family of four with great space ( very private and quiet ) on the balcony / terrace. The apartment could do with a bit of an upgrade but it was very clean and this wouldn’t put us off booking again . Katherine was very good at communicating and even though we had an issue with Vrbo payment system we paid through katherines bank transfer with no problems( just incase the anyone else has this problem please don’t worry it all works out ) The pool is a good size with plenty of sun beds - you may have to get up early if you want same one every day from 8am Overall a fabulous stay at this apartment and already looking to book again. Lovely property ,yes a bit dated but very clean,comfy beds ,pool area great ,large balcony,nice welcome pack,washing machine and pegs a bonus ,full size mugs ,didnt cook or use microwave as was cheap to eat out but plenty of crockery and glasses,shower really good and enough hot water for 3 of us ,very efficient communication with owner,plenty of bars within walking distance and 1 road back from beach ,loved it here would definitely return.

Santa Maria Apart/Hotel
The complex itself was nice, & not too busy as hotel was closed, maintenance were getting everything ready to reopen as I write, for the beginning of Oct. It's in a central location & only about 5 mins to La Pinta beach, with all the bars & restaurants by the beachfront, & a couple more mins to the marina/harbour, for all the watersports/excursions. Continuing in this direction Las Americas is a further 10/15 mins, & Los Cristianos beach is 30 mins I'd say. In the opposite direction, from La Pinta beach to Costa Adeje, Playa de Fanabe/Puerto Colon is 5/10 mins, Playa del Duque 20 mins This area is really nice, has the 5 star hotels, & designer outlets. Katherine's 2 bed apartment was spacious, & had everything needed for self catering, although we only made a couple of light bite lunches, we ate out most of the time, plenty of places to eat & cheap. The patio area got the sun for the majority of the afternoon, it was just a shame being behind the pool bar & it being renovated while we were staying that we couldn't really utilise it as much as we would have liked, because of the building work going on, but we just stayed around the pool area instead, where there were plenty of sunbeds with umbrellas, with nice tidy grounds. The on site lifeguard was on the ball with making sure the pool area/shower/railings/furniture was all disinfected during & after use, which was reassuring. Overall, we had a nice week away, & would recommend staying again.

Homely apartment
We have just returned from a lovely family 18 night break in Katherines 2 bedroom apartment in the Santa Maria. The location is the best around, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, a 15 minute stroll to the lovely Fañabe area which has fantastic bars and restaurants. The apartment is quite dated, and does need a lick of paint but it has everything that’s needed for a longer stay. There is a large fridge with a good sized freezer and a usable oven. The 2 bedrooms have single beds in both and fans no air con but there is air con in the living area which was cool enough for us. We were lucky enough to meet the owners Katherine and Donald who were lovely people. On the lead up to our holiday we had the uncertainty of COVID-19, flight cancellation etc and Katherine was always on hand to reassure us that we wouldn’t loose out on any money, she didn’t ask for payment until last minute. I’d recommend these owners to anyone as they are very genuine and fair.
