Where do i begin, on arrival bed sheet and pillows dirty with blood stains. Ant infestation in the kitchen. Overall the property was in bad condition. We complained about the pillows and bed sheets and the host sent someone at 9.30pm to change the sheets. At this point i was already looking for a new place but everything else was booked so we had to stay. No running hot water in the shower, when complained no answer. All week we had to shower in cold water. We were given 1 towel for showering for 7 days !!! When i asked for more towels, i was told we should wash the 1 towel each time, there was a washig machine but no washing product so we had to go buy it. We are on holiday we dont want to be washing the 1 towel twice a day. Never ever have we received 1 towel for 7 days!!. They charge a deposit (not sure why as the bed, curtains, couch are all in such a bad condition) which i am still waiting to get a refund. Its been 2 weeks and everytime i ask they say its only blocked call you bank. I call my bank and they tell me i need a code from the host to stop the pending charge or wait 6 weeks to get it back. Guess il wait 6 weeks for my refund. The area, at the highest mountain top, away from everything. If you dont have a car, good luck. It was taxis for us 3/ 4 times a day. The host said there was a shop close by, we walked it took 20min down hill (young couple) and 40min uphill, dont even bother. I very rarely leave negative reviews, but i would not stay again,
