Quanti place right in the centre of town however we had music playing until 1130pm on a Monday night and the windows didn't stop any of it. Airconditioner very noisy so we had to turn it off but couldnt open the windows due to the outide noise. Noise was the main issue inside and outside.

It is in a good location with onsite parking. We stayed in an upstairs room and one section of stairs quite steep and the first landing quite precarious under foot. Room very rundown and in need of a big reno. Ok for a quick overnight stay.

Building was beautiful but the inside hotel rooms were terrible!!! The furniture was tatty and our smoke alarm had a condominium covering it which looked like it had been there for some time. The mattress was covered in stains that showed through the sheets. This is just not on for a hotel

I liked the large carpark out the back of the hotel. The air conditioner worked. I did not like the rude staff member who made me wait 4 minutes to check in at 2pm on dot. Things only worsened quickly. He only explained to me where to locate the hotel room, in the complex floor plan - after being asked nicely by me to please show me where the room was. The TV didn’t work - This would not have been as much of an issue if it wasn’t NYE and we wanted to watch the fireworks. Staff acknowledged the TV didn’t work, but just told us it was bad luck and then refused to talk further about it. Turns out the only powerpoint that the TV cable would reach, didn’t work - evidently never had, judging by previous reviews. False advertising that there would be a TV. The smoke alarm was covered in plastic packaging wrap - Evidently never worked - Illegal and dangerous The furniture was filthy and dilapidated. Have never seen furniture like this. I itched all night and woke up with red marks on my arm - suggests bed bugs may be present. We could not shower as there was a white powdery substance in the unclean soap dish. The age of the place is no excuse for safety of paying customers. The staff made us feel unwelcome, so we gave up on F2F feedback. Owners and managers are absent and treat customers with contempt. Disgusting! - Should be de-licensed. I don’t recommend this accomodation.
