The basement is perfect for those rainy days or busy bodies. It features an air hockey table, poker table, chess/checkers/backgammon table, toddler playing zone or a large sectional sofa with a 2nd TV to have separate viewing rooms from the upstairs family room. The laundry room is enormous and equipped with a 2nd refrigerator.
