Fantastic hotel next to the beach with the best outdoor pool and lounging area I’ve ever seen. Also has its own private secure beach area although that wasn’t very busy as most guests stayed near the pool. Breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of food from cooked omelettes to fancy cakes. Downside was the service as we requested a number of things which we had to remind staff to do such as brining an extra tea cup…which took 5 hours! Also the toilet door was broken and my friend was locked in there for 30 minutes…the hotel did not do anything to compensate us!

Beautiful 5*hotel and service with amazingly friendly, considerate and fun staff. Went out of their way to make this birthday trip a special memory for us Simply the very best luxury place to stay for an amazing holiday in Agadir. Central location with lots to visit in walking distance but everything on site if you don’t want to leave the hotels exquisite facilities. Vast choice of breakfast buffet and its honeycombs a highlight!

The room itself, staff, service and pool areas are amazing, the only reason for the 3 star is the food ,beverage prices are extremely high and the italian restaurant didn't like at all and for almost 1,000 MAD was outrageous, so we ate outside the property for half the cost and better quality.

La personne qui occupait la chambre voisine mettait la TV fort pendant des heures, et même très tôt le matin. Je l'ai signalé à la réception à plusieurs reprises. A chaque fois on m'a dit "qu'on s'en occupait", et rien n'a changé. On n'osait même plus rentrer dans la chambre ! A la fin du séjour, une responsable nous a dit que cette personne était là pour un mois et que le problème s'était déjà posé avant nous. Les excuses ne nous ont dédommagés d'un séjour plus que déplaisant. Cet hôtel n'a rien d'un véritable 5 étoiles où l'on prend la peine de régler ce genre de problème.

Très bel établissement que je recommande pour les séjours à Agadir. Un grand merci à tout le personnel pour l’accueil du premier jusqu’au dernier jour ! Les chambres sont propres et confortables, la piscine magnifique et l’hôtel est très bien situé en face de la plage. Beaucoup de choix au petit-déjeuner. Mooi hotel met super verzorgd ontbijt.
We kozen voor dit hotel, omdat we na verblijf in een hostel behoefte hadden aan meer comfort, lekker zwembad en goed verzorgd ontbijt. Het hotel bleek mooi opgeknapt. Ruime, schone kamer met een goed bed. Het ontbijt was super. Nog nooit zo'n uitgebreid aanbod aan eten en drinken gezien. Het zwembad was geweldig. Een plaatje in een hele mooie aangelegde tuin. De tuin grenst aan de boulevard waar je ook meteen toegang hebt tot het strand en de zee. Helaas bleek de kamer nogal gehorig en moesten we bij het inchecken bijna 2 uur wachten totdat we in onze kamer konden. We kregen een kamer toebedeeld die in een hoek naast het ventilatiekanaal van het restaurant zat. Gevolg een luide, constante brom. We hebben aangegeven dat we hier niet mee konden leven en prompt bleken er zowaar 3 alternatieve kamers voor ons te zijn waar we uit mochten kiezen. Ze wisten natuurlijk van het probleem en konden zich goed voorstellen dat wij niet in die kamer wilden blijven. Achteraf hadden wij het vermoeden dat ze het stel voor ons ook geprobeerd hadden de kamer met brom aan te smeren en dat wij daarom zo lang moesten wachten. Dit past niet bij een hotel van deze orde met deze prijzen. Wij voelden ons niet welkom door dit gedoe.
