Villa Neuve Tout Confort

Rinteessä sijaitseva loma-asunto, jonka palveluihin/ mukavuuksiin kuuluu ulkouima-allas
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee lähellä rinteitä ja tarjoaa asiakkaittensa käyttöön puutarhan ja grillejä. Loma-asunnossa asiakkaiden käytössä on 3 makuuhuonetta sekä ilmainen Wi-Fi ja terassi. Asiakkaiden käytössä on yksityinen uima-allas sekä keittiö, jossa on jääkaappi ja uuni.
Ilmastoiduissa huoneissa on yksityinen uima-allas ja tallelokerot. Huoneessa on patio. Keittiöissä tai kettokomeroissa on jääkaappi, liesi, mikroaaltouuni ja erillinen ruokailualue. Kylpyhuoneista löytyy suihku ja hiustenkuivaaja.

Asiakkaat voivat surffata verkossa käyttämällä huonehintaan sisältyvää langatonta internetyhteyttä. Huoneissa on älytelevisio. Lisäksi huoneissa on kahvin-/teenkeitin ja silitysrauta/-lauta.

Tässä loma-asunnossa käytössäsi on vesipuisto, hiihtoyhteys rinteeseen ja ulkouima-allas.

Seuraavat aktiviteetit ovat saatavilla joko paikan päällä tai sen lähistöllä, ja ne saattavat olla maksullisia.

Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Xoroin luolat. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi ulkouima-altaan ja vesipuiston. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaille ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja yksityisen uima-altaan.

Comfortable Villa
My husband and our 2 adult children and partners stayed in this cosy villa. When we arrived we were met by the housekeeper who showed us around and answered all of our questions. There is nothing you would want at the villa and it is cleaned regularly during your stay. The location is quiet and we choose not to hire a car but if you go there is ample parking. The walk to the town centre with bars and restaurants is not too far but from a personal experience due to health issues it was a bit of a walk but for the rest of my party it was not a problem. The communication before, during and after our stay was great. The pictures accurately describe the villa and if you choose to stay here you will have a wonderful stay.

Beautiful property
An excellent villa. Decent size pool and modern fixtures and fittings. An easy walk to the restaurants of Cala En Porter. Daniel was very easy to communicate with and allowed an early check in. Jenny kept the property very clean, visiting twice in a week long stay.

Accueil chaleureux et propriétaire très disponible, merci Daniel. Villa bien equipée (y compris litterie et serviettes en suffisance) et surtout très propre. Piscine non chauffée. Plage accessible à pied mais fort dénivelé donc préférable en voiture. Un peu a l'ecart du centre de Cala n Porter mais accessible a pied.

We all really enjoyed our stay. The villa was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities you could wish for. The children loved the pool and inflatables and we saw the tortoise regularly. The beach, shops and restaurants were all close by. Thank you for a great holiday.

Estancia en cala en porter
Nos ha gustado mucho el sitio. La casa está muy cerca de la Cala. Se puede ir andando (apenas 15 min) y el paseo merece la pena por las vistas a la cala. La casa es muy cómoda y muy bonita y está bien cuidada con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. Muchas gracias.

Holiday with friends
The house is set in an ideal position and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We saw a lot of the island during our stay and we agreed that Cala en Porter was the ideal location. Daniel is a great host, very reliable and great communication. Our only dissapointment (apart from windy weather) was that we didn't have the floaty for the pool which is pictured with the house. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

The property is presented exactly as it is on the pictures. Clean and beautifully decorated. Very good communication from the owner Daniel throughout who gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. Thanks for the gin! The facilities are excellent, really well equipped, a real home from home. We saw the tortoise every day which went down a treat with the little ones. Location is brilliant, 15 mins from the airport, and a short walk to the amazing beach and centre where you will find the restaurants and bars. This resort was really quiet, clean and relaxed which was perfect for what we wanted. Our favourite restaurants were casa Tia and el pulpo, would definitely recommend a visit. We hope to return to this wonderful property.

Highly recommended holiday villa
Wonderful holiday home. Stayed with our 2 kids (nearly 3 and 4). Hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Access to Netflix and good wifi. The space was clean, modern and well equipped. All 3 bedrooms were a great (large) size with 2 large bathrooms. The outdoor spaces was a great bonus. Close proximity to a gorgeous beach and lots of choice for places to eat. Loved our stay. Would highly recommend. Cheers

Schönes Haus auf einer schönen Insel
Schönes Haus mit großzügiger Ausstattung. Restaurants und Supermarkt sind in ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch der Sandstrand kann über eine (lange) Treppe erreicht werden, oder in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Grundstücke links und rechts sind noch unbebaut. Ca. zweimal die Woche wird geputzt. Auf der einen Seite schön, auf der anderen etwas lästig, dass wir nicht immer wussten wann jemand kommt oder Einfluss darauf nehmen konnten. Insgesamt kann man das Objekt empfehlen.
