Quiet Pocono Cabin Close to Beach and Lake! Pet Friendly!

Less than a mile from the community lake. 20 mins from Hickory Run State Park. Deer frequently visit the front and backyard. The covered back deck is accessed by the kitchen for outdoor dining. Foosball, ping pong, air-hockey, and pool table. Pet friendly (+$15/night). Fire pits/outdoor fires prohibited. No smoking.

The Master Bedroom upstairs has a full bed, 32" Smart TV, balcony, and cathedral ceiling. The second Bedroom upstairs has two twin beds. The third Bedroom downstairs has a full and a queen bed, rocking chair, and sliding door to front deck. Kitchen features a "one-of-a-kind" custom 8' log slab slab dining table and bench seating. Keurig machine. All beds have memory foam mattresses. The Family Room has a wood-burning fireplace. The Loft overlooks the Great Room with a seating area.

There is no air-conditioning, but all living areas and bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is also 2 portable fan units.

AMENITIES (availability subject to change without notice for health/safety reasons)
- Open: The pool and beach will open starting Saturday, May 28, 2022 for weekends only and will open full time after Saturday, June 18, 2022 thru Monday, September 5, 2022. Pool and Beach Hours are 11am-6pm. Softball field, playground, volleyball court, basket ball courts, tennis/pickle ball courts.

Due to community regulations, renters may not launch your own boat, kayak, paddle board, raft, or other watercraft in the lake.

FIRE PITS/OUTDOOR FIRES/FIREWORKS
Fire pits and any outdoor fires are absolutely strictly prohibited in Towamensing Trails for rental use. Fireworks of any kind, no matter how small, are absolutely prohibited by the association as well These rules are seriously enforced by community security and the neighbors.

PETS
Pets are welcome, but there is an additional $15/night fee. Please let me know before check-in so I can send you a payment request and you can enjoy the company of your pets during your stay. Also, while the house is fully cleaned between guests, I cannot guarantee an allergen-free house for guests with sensitive pet allergies

ITEMS PROVIDED AT THE HOUSE
- Kitchen: dishes, pots, pans, baking sheets, cutting boards, utensils, measuring cups/spoons, glasses, mugs, Keurig Machine, drip coffee machine, toaster, dish soap, dishwasher soap, trash can with extra bags in the bottom, glass cleaner, surface cleaner, sponge, broom/dustpan
- Bedrooms: comforter, pillows, extra blankets in the closets, clothing hangers
- Bathrooms: 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap
- Laundry: washer/dryer and iron
- Other: small charcoal grill in the backyard

ITEMS TO BRING (NOT AT HOUSE)
- Kitchen: paper towels, pantry/food items
- Bedrooms: bed sheets and pillowcases
- Bathrooms: bath towels and personal toiletries
- Laundry: laundry detergent
- Other: charcoal/lighter fluid/lighter for grill, firewood/lighter/fire-starters for fireplace, baby/children's cribs, plack-and-play, dishes, heigh chair, etc.

TVs
There are 2 - 50" Smart Roku Tvs, one in the upstairs living area and one in the downstairs living area. They are not connected to cable. You can login to your own subscription accounts, such as Netflix or Hulu. You can also view free tv shows, movies, and music through the apps.

PASSES/WRISTBANDS
The community requires vehicles to have a car/trash pass and wristbands for amenity access (children 2 and under do not need one). Before check-in you will be required to give your vehicle information and mailing address in order to receive your car pass(es) and wristbands that will be available to you at the house once you arrive. Please be aware that booking last minute (within 72hrs before check-in) will delay the issuing of your wristbands and car/trash pass and they may not be at the house when you arrive. The association needs time to process your renter registration paperwork so you might not have access to the beach/pool/other amenities or use the community dumpster until they are ready (may take up to 3 days).

TRASH
Guests are required to dispose of all trash at the community dumpster (6 mins away, mask required) using their trash pass. 44 Towamensing Trail, Albrightsville, PA 18210. Trash is open Mon/Wed/Fri 7-3pm, Tues/Thurs 11-7pm, and Sat/Sun 7-7pm. No trash or trash bags of any kind is permitted to be stored outside the house at any time, if reported there is a $300+ fine in accordance with community rules. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash before checkout. Please read the trash schedule and coordinate accordingly depending on when you are checking-out as any trash left behind (either bagged or loose) will result in additional fees. Guests are also responsible for cleaning all dishes. Any dirty dishes in the sink, dishwasher, counters, or anywhere else will result in additional fees.

SNOW
During winter there is a plow service that will plow the driveway and shovel a path to the front door after the completion storms over 6." The driveway is gravel and the plow truck will not plow any snow under 6." There is a shovel and salt stored at the house for your convenience. Please take this into consideration when booking during the snowy months.

OTHER
Must be over 25 yrs old to book and the booking guest must actively stay at the house for the duration of the reservation.

Guests are not permitted to smoke any substances inside the house or within 10 feet of the house outdoors.

Guests are required to read and follow the Towamensing Trail's Rules of Conduct. Loud parties, rowdiness, or disorderly behavior is strictly prohibited and subject to fines and/or reservation cancellation.

All nearby restaurants, retail shops, entertainment, and other activities are operating under Covid-19 restrictions and may have limited availability. Rental availability is subject to close or change at any time in order to comply with government mandated rules and regulations.
