## Tila

Tässä tilassa on viihtyisä oleskelutila ja kylpyhuone alavivulla ja iso yläkerran makuuhuone, joka sopii neljään erittäin mukavasti. Yläkerrassa ja alakerrassa on kaksi queen-vuodetta ja sohva. Siellä on puoliksi yksityinen ulkotila, jossa on patiovalaistus, kalalammikko ja oleskelualue. Keittiössä on välipalatuotteita sekä valikoima kahvia ja teitä. Äskettäin lisäsimme kaksi ilmastointiyksikköä, jotka pitävät tilan todella hienosti jäähdytettynä.

## Pääsy

Vieraat pääsevät pääkotin pohjoispuolella olevaan kotiin sivu-aidan kautta. Kotiin on pääsy koodilla ovella, ja se annetaan vieraiden sisäänkirjautumispäivänä aamuna. Vierailla on täysi käyttö kodissa, pihalla ja yhdellä parkkipaikalla päärakennuksen edessä.

## Naapuruus

Kaupunginosa sijaitsee viiden minuutin sisällä sekä I-25: stä että I-40: stä. Paikallisia ruokailupaikkoja on monia, monet kävelyetäisyydellä.

## Transit

Vierailla on pääsy ilmaiseen kadun pysäköintitilaan pääkodin edessä. Julkinen linja-autoreitti 8 sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä. Lähin Railrunner-asema on neljän mailin päässä kotoa.

The yard was unkept with limbs and debris from tree next door. Grass unmowed and a ton of ants along with old cigarette butts. The gate wouldn't close so I had to improvise to keep it shut, since I brought my dog. It would have been nice to have a security screen door on the front door for added layer of safety as I'm sure the code isn't updated regularly. Also, there is a 1" gap under the door so leaves and bugs got inside. The inside was okay. A table lamp downstairs would be nice as the ceiling lights are pretty harsh at night. No tv upstairs although it is in the pictures on the listing. I would recommend some room darkening drapes instead of shear curtains. Too much light at night and in the morning. Your cleaners need to do a better job. Refrigerator was dirty and lots of cobwebs.

While location was terrific off major highway going through town, the neighborhood is not great. The bungalow is fine but the pictures are nicer than it is. Biggest problem was that it was freezing when we arrived (which was not welcoming), difficult to regulate the temp - the downstairs never got warm, the floors were very cold, and the upstairs bedroom would get too hot. Overall, just not a pleasant experience.

Cozy place. Small yard secure for pets. Sitting at the outdoor table with a bottle of wine was relaxing and the dogs were able to enjoy the yard space after a long days drive from Oklahoma.

Due to high winds the day before the front door had been damaged so the host let us stay at her other property nearby. She really tried her best to accommodate us. So we didn't actually stay at this property although we went inside and liked it very much. It was small but well put together. Bedroom is upstairs and bathroom is downstairs but other than that it seemed very nice. Nice yard, well stocked kitchen, cute decor. Host was fabulous and thoughtful.

Comfortable stay in quiet neighborhood
The property was easy to access and had two large beds and plenty of space for our dog bed on the floor. The only aspect to be aware of is that the bathroom is on the first floor and beds are on second. You have to be careful to turn the light on to get downstairs if you are older. Overall, a pleasant stay and very quiet area.

Very nice place
My family and I along with our dogs made a stop here for a one night stay. Inside the home looked clean and cozy. My kids enjoyed hanging out upstairs while the hubs me and the dogs hung out downstairs. Beds are nice and one of them is memory foam. I would stay here again.

Very convenient
I arrived in rain storm, so walking through the grass to back gate was a bit messy. Property is as described and very cozy and welcoming. Nice coffee & creamer selection. Property manager was great and even notified me promptly after check-out that I had left personal clothes in the dryer. Erin arranged for the cleaner to bag them for me to pick up; and cleaner had neatly folded them too! Extremely kind and will visit again!

Mostly good
We had a good time in Albuquerque, including our stay here. There was a plumbing smell that was less than pleasant on the first floor, and I had to go out and get some scented candles to alleviate. Also, there were coolers on the first and second floors which were very effective in keeping the rooms cool, although the venting from the first floor unit became dislodged from the window several times throughout the evening and next morning, and I had to keep putting it back. Would recommend properly installing it in the window for future guests.

Avoid at all costs!
Property manager was enthusiastic when securing my payment, then was non responsive and unreachable when we checked into the property. It was not a “charming bungalow”- more like a postage stamp sized unclean space. I tried reaching her upon check in when I reported the condition of the property. The furniture in the tiny sitting area was covered in dog hair and food crumbs. The one other chair is filthy and very unappealing. The yard, which is filled with junk and goat heads (thorns) was unsafe for the dogs. There were feces in the yard that had not been cleaned by other visitors. Considering the cost for a one night stay, the substantial cleaning fee and the significant $$ hold on my credit card for possible damages, we were extremely dissatisfied. Two phone calls and an email message were not responded to. Renters beware- you won’t be happy there.

Great Getaway
The bungalow is indeed charming as the description said. Patrick and Erin were the perfect hosts. Although, we had our privacy they let us know we could contact them if we needed anything. The place was perfect for us and was stocked with everything we needed. When I am in Albuquerque this will definitely be my go to place. It was perfectly located to everything we wanted to do.
