We loved this charming rental home! 3 bedrooms, all on one floor, very clean, beautifully furnished. The master bedroom had a new craftsman style bed, not the 4 poster in picture. The master bed mattress was not new, it had a slight hollow in the middle but we still found it comfortable. My 88 year old mother was very comfortable in the queen bedroom. The furnishings are lovely and there are 3 large screen TV's! We wished the weather had been warm enough for us to enjoy the back porch because it is very nice. Beautiful city lights and mountain views just as advertised. Plenty of dishes etc in the kitchen though we didn't need to use them.
From a disability point of view (my mother and I both walk with canes) the house was great, it is all one floor, only one small step to get into the house from the garage. We never used the front door so I'm not sure about that one. I wouldn't actually call the house totally accessible since there were no bars in the walk-in shower or on the wall by the toilet, and it did require a small step-over to get into the walk-in shower, but still pretty easy to manage it all.
Jenny, the realtor/manager, is great--very helpful and responds quickly if you message her through Vrbo. We had questions about how to work the TV and got helpful answers. When I mentioned that we were enjoying the house and wished we'd booked it for longer, she was quick to offer to let us stay on if we wished as she had no renters right away. We appreciated that very much, although we decided to return home when planned due to upcoming weather.
All in all my only complaint was that I had a hard time getting hot water in the walk-in shower. This was probably because the house is kept pretty cold when no one is staying there--and I was in a hurry and didn't have time to let it run very long.
All in all, a great place to stay!
