We had a 2 queen bed suite that came with filthy floors, a non working thermostat, 2 extremely hard beds that left us sore, a broken shower head, a bath that didn’t want to turn into a shower, and a disgusting hot tub with a brown film and murky pool water where we couldn't see the bottom. The manager was out sick so Shawn a facilitates manager said we'd get a 50% discount. That's fair but we had to cut today's drive short because we were so tired from a horrible night.

Our stay was nice. Breakfast was just average. The fake eggs were not good. Wish there were hard boiled eggs available. I like that there are fresh bananas. Staff is wonderful.

My stay at this hotel was just okay, but there were some notable issues. The elevator was too small and had a broken floor, which was concerning. In the room, whenever we walked, the TV, TV rack, and other appliances would shake, making it feel unstable. Additionally, the carpet in the lobby looked very dirty and unkempt, leaving a poor first impression. While the overall experience was manageable, these issues definitely need attention
