The property itself it beautiful. Was in a temporary room for first night and was moved to a much nice one the next day, with view of moutains from balcony. It's a very quiet hotel, more suited to couples, rather than solo travellers or families. 25min walk to Alcudia old town, which is further than you think in heat! 3 mins away from nice beach and a few resturants nearby.
Great position for wonderful nearby beaches. Breakfast very good but disappointing evening meal with erratic waitress service - but safer than a buffet service! Good coffee. Bed reasonable but soundproofing needed to ensure no disturbance from adjoining rooms. Good shower and free toiletries provided. Nearby free hotel car park with ample spaces. Lovely pool and comfortable seating areas.
Fabulous hotel situated just outside of Alcúdia old town and Alcúdia Port. The staff are really welcoming and friendly and always on hand to help. Breakfast was included with our stay and it was excellent there was so much choice, we had a couple of lunches and again really good service all food was so fresh. The rooms were cleaned daily and were spotless. The gardens and pool area were lovely there was plenty of seating areas which provided you with a great place to be able to relax. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Travelled with family, Travelled with family and small children
Quiet location in an affluent neighborhood and good if you want somewhere quiet off peak. The rooms are really small and pokey and badly lit, the air con can not cope with August heat and half the staff really do not want to be there and should consider careers in a non customer facing industry.
Very clean hotel with great buffett breakfast and dinner. Rooms modern with good bathrooms . Friendly and helpful staff, mainly German clientel. A couple of local bars/restaurants in walking distance, Alcudia about 1.5 k away for larger choice. Two small beaches a short walk from hotel which are ideal for young children. Good place for a short break, car not needed but would reccommend ro reduce transfer time and for accessing Alcudia
We loved everything: the location, the pool area, the food. We've chosen the half-board menu and the food selection was really wide! We wanted a chill vacation and definitely got it! We're also planning to come back here next year.
Very nice hotel and good facilities, the service was OK, some guys were not so polite, but maybe because they were overloaded, which is another problem of the hotel. Overall we would recommend the hotel and the location.

Quaint hotel good food and service Some apartments inaccessible for older people and no inhouse entertainment
I stayed for a week at Prinsotel Mal Pas with my boyfriend and we have mixed feelings about our stay. There were features about the hotel we liked, such as the breakfast choices, our room and the fact that we were only 5 mins away from the beach. But there are aspects we didn't like.Firstly, if you're a young couple like we are and you want something a bit more lively, this isn't the place for you. Luckily, we weren't really looking for a loud and rowdy hotel but some sort of music playing during the day by the pool would've been nice, so because of this and fact the pool is very small, we didn't swim once at the hotel. During our stay, we also found some staff to be quite rude, an example being where we wanted to sit outside for dinner as the weather was nice and as we were about to sit, one of the waiters told us we couldn't sit there as it was forecasted to rain. Now I understand that, however what we didn't understand was why other people were allowed to sit outside. Another occasion was then we were ordering a drink and the bartender we were speaking to, just dismissively told us to order from someone else. Maybe he didn't understand what I was saying but he could of just said that. Dinner on the whole was nice, although on our last I got some fish which we had got before and tasted very nice the first time, but on our last night it must've been fried in something really funky because it smelt BAD. Lastly would've been nice if there were more English TV channels.

Very easy friendly stay
Great little hotel. Very tidy and clean.
2 minutes from the beach. The pool and grounds were very well kept and nicely laid out. Pool area was pretty cosy as there’s not a lot of space around it for all the sun beds but the other guests (mostly German) were very considerate and polite.
Staff generally very friendly (except the guy cooking the grill who was rude and unhelpful).
Food was good, house wine very drinkable, and prices for drinks not included in the half board deal were very reasonable.
Had several massages At the hotel which were very good.
There’s a good little supermarket nearby for drinks, snacks and all manner of other things and a great little shack on the beach which did fantastic food for lunch.
Alcúdia was a 5€ Taxi ride away. Nice scenic old town with shops, restaurants and bars (including a cute rooftop bar). Highly recommend Prinsotel Mal Pas to anyone looking for a very easygoing, chilled out break.
Rooms are OK, Food good, swimming pool & terrace excellent. Staff are generally very welcoming. Situated in Mal Pas/Bonnaire 25-30 minutes walk from Alcuduia ...caror taxi required if you wish to go out in the evening. Small sandy beach and sea only 5 mins walking.
We absolutely loved this hotel and I would book it again if/when I return to Mallorca. My friend and I wanted to start our Mallorca holiday on the beach before moving over to Palma's Old Town and we could not have picked a better location. We aren't partiers - we were looking for quiet, calm with lots of outdoor activities and this hotel/location was a great match. Prinsotel Mal Pas has all of the convenience and amenities of a resort without feeling like a resort.
The hotel is right next to a beautiful sandy beach which was fairly intimate yet still had toilets and a drinks bar. The hotel provided free beach towels which you could exchange for new ones every day and each room had a pull-out rack on the patio or balcony on which you could dry your things. We rented bikes from the hotel one day (must try the electric bike!) and biked along the beautiful vineyards into the main town of Alcudia to go sight-seeing and shopping. We also really enjoyed the free music nights and the tennis court.
The hotel is very family-friendly, there were lots of families there with their kids and the staff were great with the kids. There is even a playground in the hotel grounds. There's also a pharmacy directly across the street which had everything families with small children could need.

Nice place, would visit again.
Staff are brilliant. Rooms are small and basic but they are clean. Our room had a heater (which was needed) but I did not see an air conditioner.
Nice family friendly, quiet hotel with beautiful beaches nearby. The staff was helpful and kind throughout our visit. The meals might be improved with providing more Majorcan cuisine, and more outdoor dining space. Overall, a beautiful, restful holiday.
This was our first trip to Majorca and we were so pleased that we chose this hotel and location. The hotel is wonderful and is located in a beautiful setting near Alcudia. We were lucky to have a room which had a balcony that had stunning views across the bay to the mountains in the North of the island.
Overall I love this hotel. The restaurant and other staff are so incredibly friendly and kind. My only complaint is that use of the in-room safe should be included in the price of the room. If they need to charge a deposit for the key, that is fine, but there should not be an extra charge.
Nice pool with lifeguard , although a little small for the number of guests. Good breakfast . Nice bar area and surrounding gardens. Standard room was very basic , no fridge , shower over bath ( in bad condition ) and air conditioning very poor . Adequate but rather unfriendly reception staff .

very relaxing except for the bar.
Everything was relaxing and good in this basic hotel. Lovely pool and surrounding areas, excellent breakfast with efficient and helpful staff in restaurant. The bar staff were really poor. Unhelpful, moody, slow and rude. Dont think the bar is run by the hotel because the quality of service was so different.
