Welcome to our home in Spain / Velkommen til vårt hjem i Spania / Bienvenido a nuestra casa en España.

Our Villa is situated in the quietist street in the resort, right next to Niranchos 8 which has a large pool and children play area, which is a 2 minute walk from the Villa. The Villa has amazing views to both mountain ranges.

Our Villa is enclosed by privacy hedges, with two large double bedrooms, one with a super large double, and the other has two single beds. We also have a fold down bed for guests.

Condado de Alhama is situated 15 miles from the beach and 15 miles to the mountains. The resort has a large commercial centre, the "Al Kasar", hosting a large supermarket, hairdressers and beauty salon, a number of bars and restaurants, the resort administrator, town hall office, cash machine, and a tourist information centre in the summer months. Our Villa is a 20 minute walk from Al Kasar.

Driving Distances: Murcia Airport - 30 mins, Alicante Airport - 1 hour 15 mins. Car hire is recommended.

Condado is a gated community, with 24 hour security and close-circuit cameras throughout. At the heart of the resort is one of Spain's most challenging golf courses; a true 18-hole, par-72 Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. Surrounding Condado are a large number of other golf courses.

The resort has tennis courts, football pitches, a gym and many miles of cycling routes are available just outside the resort.

The Villa is set on one level, with car parking, ideal for wheelchairs, access. It also has a large solarium on the first floor, but not accessible for wheelchairs.

During your stay at this villa, you'll be close to Alhama Signature Golf. A kitchen and a patio are available in the villa.
