Alpine hut in a remote location

Accommodation description:
This self-catering holiday home, including Alpbachtal-Seenland-Card, is located at an altitude of 1,500m. Not entirely surprisingly, it therefore offers magical mountain views, from the Wiedersbergerhorn to the Steinbergalm. Cooking is done the traditional way here: on a wood-burning cooker (wood is provided free of charge). Children can play at the nearby stream. The uniquely furnished bedrooms, 1 of which is located on the loft, offer a carefree night's sleep

On arrival in summer, you drive to the homeowner's farm, 4 km above Inneralpbach, who will then drive with you to the holiday flat, 5 km away. In winter, you can park your car at the farm, before the owner takes you to your destination on a quad bike, luggage and all. Transport during the stay is offered for a fee. From the alpine pasture, you can ski across open terrain to the Schatzberg ski slope. The region is also great for snowshoeing!

Schöne Hütte mit ein paar Einschränkungen
Wir waren im Juli 1 Woche hier, hatten eine gute Zeit, aber es gab Einschränkungen, die aus dem Inserat nicht erkennbar waren und vorher wissenswert sind: Die Anfahrt zur Hütte ist lang u. beschwerlich über eine unbefestigte Schotterstraße oft am steilen Abhang entlang (gutes Auto mit ausreichend PS u. Bodenhöhe u. sichere Autofahrkünste erforderlich). Der Ausblick von der Hütte ist dafür phantastisch, man kann auch bei Regen auf d. Veranda sitzen. Allerdings ist der Kuhstall der Vermieter direkt nebenan, was zumindindest im Sommer dazu führt, dass täglich dauerhaft jemand da ist und arbeitet, teilw. auch mit lauten Geräten. Innen ist die Hütte sehr ursprünglich, dh. es gibt keinen "normalen" Strom, keinen Kühlschrank u. keinen E-Herd. 4 Steckdosen kann man zum Laden von Handys uä. nutzen, die werden wie das Licht über eine Autobatterie gespeist, die gewechselt werden muss, wenn sie leer ist. Es wurden ausreichend Batterien zur Verfügung gestellt, allerdings haben nicht alle Räume Lampen! Wir hatten Solarlampen mit. Der fehlende Kühlschrank war im Sommer nicht optimal, aber es ging. Wenn man warmes Wasser braucht, muss im Keller mit Feuer geheizt werden. Kleinholz z. Anzünden muss man selbst hacken. Es gab keine Schränke/Kleiderhaken sondern nur Nägel in der Wand, wo man Sachen drüberhängen kann. Aber wenn man sich mit allem arrangiert, kann man die Ursprünglichkeit, die Lage und den Ausblick sehr genießen! Insgesamt fanden wir den Preis jedoch für diese Ausstattung zu hoch.
