The beds were very uncomfortable and it was very loud beside the horse hotel, not blaming the horses but the people with them were very loud in the middle of the night.

Wonderful room
Absolutely loved our upstairs suite. The room was gorgeous in the bed very comfy. Conveniently located next to the Big Texan restaurant. Excellent customer service all around we will be back again.

We reserved two single rooms. One room would not lock from outside. The deadbolt was functional (inside of room when someone was present) but when exiting the room, all possessions had to be moved into other room or vehicle as room could not be locked when leaving. We notified staff upon check-in and were told "maintenance will get to this after they clean rooms". It may have been a faulty lock or required a battery replacement. They use keypads and not physical keys for doors. Nevertheless it was not addressed and we were not given another SAFER room. Upon check out, a manager was not available nor did I receive a call back. The other room was fine.

This property and rooms are so cute and I loved the set up. The walls are very thin and it being right off the interstate made it a little difficult to sleep. Really my only complaint is that the bed was probably the hardest bed ever and maybe add an extra blanket in the rooms. Overall I loved the property and the adventure of Amarillo

Beware !! Room you pick may not be the room you actually picked ….. And I paid extra for the room I picked if I would have known I could have saved my money! When booking our room it ask you to select a room. After speaking to the Hotel receptionist … I chose a room that showed to be remolded and the room with couch and coffee table so we could play cards! I payed extra for this room! When I arrived in my room it had been changed .. Th bed was horrible mattress hard as a rock! My daughter and best friend got the rooms they picked! I’m so disappointed
