Nestled in a stunning Provençal setting, this enchanting villa with its charming guest accommodation will make you feel like you're in paradise. Villa 'Bonheur' boasts a breathtaking panoramic view that stretches as far as the eye can see, leaving you in awe. The expansive estate is home to a beautifully restored 'old' Mas (for 8 guests) and a quaint 'stone' gîte (for 2 guests), both expertly renovated in 2016. From here, you can catch glimpses of the picturesque town of Draguignan and even the shimmering sea in the distance.

The villa offers 4 inviting double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy. The spacious living area is perfect for relaxation, featuring a cozy seating corner with a large TV (with Dutch channels) and Wi-Fi, along with a generous dining table for shared meals. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. For added convenience, a washing machine is located on the second floor. The guest accommodation includes a comfortable double bed, a modern shower, toilet, and sink, a charming living room with stunning views, and a well-appointed kitchenette with a fridge, dishwasher, and microwave.

Step outside to discover multiple terraces offering serene seating areas, perfect for lounging and soaking in the surroundings. The sparkling pool, built in 2016, is a sublime spot to refresh and unwind. Plus, in late 2019, a lovely shaded canopy was added to the house, providing the ideal place to escape the sun. The garden is a Mediterranean haven, featuring "restangues" surrounded by olive trees and lush foliage.

The picturesque village of Ampus is just a 5-minute drive away, where you'll find a bakery, a small supermarket, a cozy café, and a handful of charming restaurants. Don’t miss the irresistible homemade lasagna with fresh salad and warm, buttery croissants – a true local treat!
