Lovely rooms and good value for this area. Pretty and comfortable bar. Quieter than staying closer to the museum district. Breakfast buffet isn’t great—better to go out. Overall loved it would happily stay again!

This hotel was very nice. The beds were extremely comfortable. There were two twins together for a king size bed. The room was very small which is the only negative. Our suitcases fit on the bench at the end of the bed. No closet available.

The hotel was very nice. We got a multi-Cleveland room the first night which we did not like and they were great about changing the room for us. Service in the bar was very slow, which made it a little challenging to grab pre-dinner drinks. Overall, the experience was very good. Great location.

The room was ready before time. Everything was perfect, very quiet, very helpful staff. You can walk to many of the attractions. The only bad thing was the air conditioner a little poor but is understandable because is a cold city.

WiFi was provided but was unusable it was so slow, everything just timed out. Room was ok but shower leaked and floorboards by shower floor were starting to rot from being soaked all the time. The window opened but the curtains prevented it from being closed again without climbing on furniture ( luckily we like the windows open). There is no clothes storage just a few coat hangers on a free standing mirror, we had to ask for suitcase stands to prevent us having to grovel in the floor all the time. The strange reception set up left an unwelcoming vibe really. Spent less money in hotels which had a much friendlier more luxurious feel to them. Definitely not worth the premium pricing!
