I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place is very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. I was experiencing a severe headache during my stay, and they consistently checked in to ensure I was okay. Their care and kindness made me feel truly valued. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service and a welcoming atmosphere.
The hotel is overpriced , my room had a window to a disposal garbage of the hotel . This price I paid was too high . The lobby smells awful
My room was with a small window , it looked like a closet . The mattress has bumps , my worst experience !
The free shuttle service is the deal breaker, if you do not want to be in the middle of it all then this hotel is perfectly located, a 5 minute shuttle ride to the free ferry getting you to central station in 10 minutes.
Don’t book this hotel if youre going to rely on the shuttle service. They advertised on their website that the shuttle picks up/drops off at Central Station and runs continuously. Upon arrival, we were told we had to take the ferry across the river and also call to request the driver. The driver took over 15 minutes usually to come, even though the hotel is a 6 minute drive away from the pick up point. This slowness caused us to miss our train to Germany on our last day in Amsterdam.
The hotel also advertises 24/7 room service and this is also false. When we attempted to order room service, we were told the kitchen was closed.
The rooms were comfortable but we will not stay here again due to the false advertisement.
There is steel that helps to get to the central station quickly but you can walk 900 meters and you are in the metro two stations and you are a really tasty breakfast center
We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, the surrounding area very nice and taking the free ferry, one is in a few minutes in Amsterdam Central. Take one of the rented bikes to ride to the ferry 5 minutes and 5 minutes the ferry to down-town. I will come back to this Hotel.
Everyone at the hotel was very friendly. They went out of their way to make my husband feel special on his birthday which was during our stay there. They are also very kid friendly. The AC actually works and they have an ice machine which both are rare things in Europe. They are close to multiple restaurants plus have a restaurant at the hotel.
Overall stay was fine...restrictions due to covid somewhat limiting and not overly well communicated up front when things were open/closed etc. but maybe this is confusion is normal at this time. In normal times, the hotel would be fine...location good, cleanliness, breakfast etc. all good

Unfriendly receptionists', except for one. Excellent control of COVID-19 prevetion & awareness. Breakfast not great. Clean enough, lots of silverfish. Will not return there.
