I don't think I have slept in such a small bedroom since I was 11 and was given the box room as the younger son. I just fitted on the bed and sitting on the loo required my best gymnastic skills! As others have mentioned in their reviews, the single rooms are smaller than photos would suggest. This was the 5th hotel I stayed in during this trip and the bedroom was by far the most uncomfortable. Reception staff were lovely and an asset to Sonder. Good location and easy to get trams to and from the station etc.

It was a great location and was close to most of the meusems. House cleaning had to be booked for the next day which was inconvenient. Would have liked clean towels and empty of dustbin instead of nothing.

Needs a clean

This is not a well maintained Hotel. There are no services - no breakfast - and it’s not clean. I have stayed at other Sonders Hotels. Not sure I would choose them again after May experience in this hotel.

It was our first time staying at a Sonder property. This one was conveniently located between two different tram/bus stops and allowed us to get around the city conveniently. The front desk/receptions staff were extremely helpful and excellent. The lobby area was beautiful. Our room was in the basement with two windows looking up to the street. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, there were amenities and we had no issues with any of the fixtures. Decor was great, too. They offer coffee and tea for each room. Noise does carry and the curtain needs to be opened to allow the heater to release warmth across the room. The room was perfect for the price we paid and for 1 night. Buses that go direct to and from the airport are only 5-7 minutes away by foot. We might stay again in the future but would want to stay on a higher floor, if possible.

First room was too small (really closet size). Furniture old, dirty and uncomfortable. Room cleaned only once maybe? during a 6 night stay. HVAC didn't work properly

This sweet spot was perfect for my trip. Lovely location right on the park. Room was cozy and I had a great courtyard view. Definitely recommend as a woman traveling alone.

No place to hang wet towels

We enjoyed our stay, and the amenities were generally fine. However, the complete lack of towel hangers (or any hooks to hang anything) in the shower area was annoying. The shower curtain was supported by a tension rod that barely held the weight of the curtain, so draping a wet towel over it just sent it to the floor. We ended up draping our wet towels on hangers from the clothes closet and hooking the hangers wherever we could find purchase in the bedroom area. Finally, two pieces of the baseboard molding were loose with one lying on the floor when we entered the room. These did not appear to have ever been properly installed. Overall, value received was good for the money, but would have been better if not for these annoyances.
