We saw roaches as soon as we entered the room. Roaches in the bathroom. Whole room was filthy. Dirty sheets, stains on walls. Ac was broken. We checked out within 10 minutes of our stay

El hotel está muy feo, sucio, nada que ver con las fotos, salían arañas de todos lados, las almohadas tenían hongos, afuera de las habitaciones había drogadictos, la verdad me quedé ahí porque llegue a las 12 de la noche y ya era muy tarde para buscar otro hotel

We arrive and there were two drug addicts in the parking lot but that wsnrt the worse of it . There were roaches in the room! Was not clean. I tried asking staff to cancel and I took pics of the roaches in several spots and they simply kept repeating no refunds . I said you have roaches and they said “it happens”. We left

Have stayed her before, the room before was much nicer. This room was sparse. Room before had a couch, and much more complete. It was like this room wasnt completely finished.

Only Coffee machine provided which was not working. And in morning found bathtub was choked asked front desk to fix issue. And in night when I returned they given me a new room but that room has also issue with shower handle. Staff was helping but property is really have issue for cleanliness and plumbing.

The hotel we stayed in was false advertisement of what the web page and pictures showed. When we arrive they sent us to a room that the door didn't even open. We went to ask for help the man working there sent us to another room that wasn't even ready and not suite that we paid for. We went to tell them room was not ready and got sent back to original room you literally had to knock door down to open it. The room itself was old, needs updating. The fridge was leaking, and iced inside. We saw roaches in the kitchen area. The bathroom was like a gas station bathroom, old and stained everywhere. The AC not working in the room or TV in the living room. The people staying there seem like they live there for long periods of time. The surrounding areas lots of homeless and was scary at night. If I knew it would be like this we would not have stayed there. It's not that close to Disneyland where that was where we went. Like I said false advertisement and pictures. I would not stay there again especially with my baby. That place has nothing executive or suites about it. Sorry we didn't like it. Will not go back.
