Elevator broken was set up for lower level do to handicap had problems getting room as requested the manager was not friendly then got a room on second floor had to carry luggage up and down stairs. When the rooms on lower level all empty with only 8 cars in parking lot. Also food was not as described only sugar food waffles sweet cereal coffee milk and juice. I have been staying here for many years not sure will go back.

Needed a room last minute and choose Capri Suites. We were pleasantly surprised that the room had a separate living room area than the beds with a pullout couch. Room was very clean and quiet. We stayed 2 nights and would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

When we arrived, the room had a potent vinegar smell. The room looked clean enough, but was very minimal with furniture and storage space. There were 2 wobbly nightstands. The bed was higher in the center than the head or foot, and was one of the firmest beds I have ever been on. Additionally, the pillows, while we were given 6, were very small and lumpy. The bathroom was clean, including the shower. The water pressure wasn't great. My daughter used the front room for the pull out bed. We appreciated having a rv in both the bedroom and living space. We noticed at night time the noise hasn't muffled at all. People coming in late were easily heard so if you have light sleepers, I recommend not having them on the pull out couch. They did come change our bedding daily and gave us fresh towels. The thermostat didn't seem to be very accurate as sometimes the AC would be on for long periods and then it wouldn't kick on for long periods. If you are the one sleeping closest to the AC, you may be sensitive to the air blowing out. For breakfast, there were not hot items. Just bread/bagels, and cereal and apples. There were no coffee makers in the rooms so you had to get coffee in the lobby/breakfast area. Coffee temp ranged from adequate to luke warm. Lastly, after leaving my husband noticed a rash on her abdomen. I noticed a rash that looked the same on my forearm later that day. And my daughter also had a rash on her stomach. We don't know what it came from...

Horrible service

Our stay was going decent to begin with, my husband and I booked a room to stay the night for the Supercross event in town, we got in and check in went smoothly, and left for our event. We came back to the room to drop off some stuff and went down the street for dinner, but when we came back our keycard wouldn't work for the door. Went down and talked to the girl at front desk and she informed us that whoever had checked us in only checked us in for the day, I pulled up my reservation and showed her that we had indeed booked for the night with check out the next morning. She told us that she couldn't do anything and tried calling the manager. After finally speaking with the manager we were told we Could be let into the room but would not be receiving a card for the door, and she wouldn't be able to reprogram the one we had, she took it away from us and walked us to the room to open it for us to get our stuff, but it was horrible customer service, and we were not able to leave the room together after that or we'd be locked out again.

I cannot understand how anyone gave this property more than a 2 (poor) rating. The property is old, the elevator was broken, the office was closed so I couldn’t get blankets ( it is winter and there was only one very thin cover. I had to sleep covered with my coat. The beds are hard. I hardly slept all night. I would NEVER go back there.

When we arrived elevators were not working, I traveoed with my 3 little boys my wife and my parents that are old, No one offered assistance My wife and thr little boys had to assist me carrying the bags to the second floor. Breakfast was continental not full

Love this place

Front desk employees Estrella and Joshua are very kind and helpful . I cant ask for better service and room . We’re all comfortable and able to sleep without having to worry bout roaches and bed bugs unlike other places we stayed at in the past.

Best kept secret

This location is perfect for us at Disneyland and we hate to give it a good review only bc it still feels like a best kept secret. The staff is the friendliest and the rooms have always been on point. This was the first time I had the waffles during free breakfast and they were delicious. I also thought I lost my watch in the room after we left (I found it shortly after in the car!) but the staff was ready to kick into action to find it for me and it was most appreciated. We will be back again soon!

Open the Jacuzzi till midnight please. Came back from Disney and couldn't use it after 10 pm. It looked so good to get in the water that was boiling hot and it was on for no reason.

Hotel was nice and quiet. Last time I came here I didn’t have a huge deposit to pay so this time around was a shock. Tried the free breakfast nothing to drink, only had bagels. Definitely need more of a variety. Also the counter in our room was still dirty and I needed to wipe them down with Lysol wipes.
