The bathtub grout and ceiling was riddled with mold. The floor was sticky and we had to wear shoes in the room. Told the front desk and she was very apologetic. Promised that her boss would call to resolve the problem and never heard from them again. Felt pretty unsafe being there as well, lots of weird people lurking around. Definitely looks much nicer in pictures.

Rooms were full of spider webs, we found a cricket in the bathroom. From the pictures everything looks updated and nice but as soon as you come in the beds are dirty and dusty, bed sheet look stained, old and gross.

Terrible place unfortunately
For the 3 nights I stayed here, we spent far over $650 for a terrible room. They did not refund the 100$ deposit back to us despite there being no damages. The bathroom window did not lock, there was no screen and this was on the first floor of the hotel, which faces a busy street. Mind you, I had my 5 year old daughter with me, and the area is not the best (there were homeless people sleeping on the bench in the front of the hotel). I asked to switch rooms, because I could not sleep for feeling unsafe here and for her, and they refused to change the room despite there being many rooms open at this time (maybe 3 cars total in the parking lot). My daughter had got a 50$ toy at Disneyland she had in the room (which was the reason for the visit), and when the maid gave us new towels in the room, she took this toy for some very odd reason. We had it up on a shelf, so not really sure why they would take it. Save yourself the trouble, and stay somewhere else. There are plenty more available hotels in the same area.. I could say more about it but i'm saving my breath.

The bed was comfy, the room was very clean, staff was amazing. The only down fall is that it is older and cheap furniture. But ultimately for the great price, thats ok. I would definitely stay her again. Just if your looking for more bougie this would not be it. If your looking for clean and comfort its a yes!!!

I recently stayed at the Magnolia Tree Hotel in Anaheim and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, making check-in easy and stress-free. My room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The hotel's location is perfect—close to Disneyland and other top attractions, making it convenient for exploring the area. They offer free coffee and samples like sunscreen, deodorant, and body lotion at the front desk, which was a nice touch. Overall, Magnolia Tree Hotel exceeded my expectations with its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and prime location. Highly recommend!
