Kiinteistönhoitaja Jude Huber asuu 5 minuutin päässä ja on käytettävissä 24 tuntia vuorokaudessa, 7 päivää viikossa

Hale Aliomanu on yksityinen merenrantapaikka, joka sijaitsee Aliomanun lahdella, Kauai, Havaiji. Kun ajat portilla, annat oman henkilökohtaisen perääntymisen, heiluttaen palmuja, meren rauhoittavan äänen, rehevän trooppisen maisemoinnin, plumeria-tuoksun ja Kauai-yksinäisyyden. Nauti esteetöntä merinäköala useimmista huoneista. Katso auringon nousevan sängyn mukavuudesta tai stargazeta käytännössä ilman ympäröivää valoa lanaiiltasi.

Hale Aliomanu Estate nukkuu kymmenestä (10) kaksitoista (12) mukavasti. Yläkerrassa on kolme (3) makuuhuonetta, mukaan lukien ylimitoitettu makuuhuone ylellisellä king-vuoteella, vaatehuone, kylpyamme, kahden hengen suihkukaappi ja oma merenrantaravintolapeite, kansallinen tyylikäs valtameren rannalla sijaitseva kuningatarhuone ja ilmastoitu kahden hengen huone , jossa on kaksi (2) erillistä vuodetta ja josta on puutarhanäköala, merinäköala. Alakerrassa on ilmastoitu kuningatar makuuhuone. Tällä ihanalla Aasian-teemalla makuuhuoneella on oma sisäänkäynti. Se on kiinnitetty kotiin, mutta oma sisäänkäynti. Irrotettu kotoa, mutta saatavana lisävarusteena, vain kun vuokrataan pääkotia, se on vierasyksikkö. Sitä ei koskaan vuokrata erikseen. Queen-makuuhuoneen ilmastoitu studio, jossa minikeittiö, täysikokoinen alijääkaapissa jääkaappi, pieni ruokailutila, olohuone rakkausistuimella ja iso TV, täysi kylpyamme. Pysäköinti Estate-portin sisäpuolelle mahtuu helposti 5-6 ajoneuvoa.

Kätevästi Kauain itäpuolella voit nauttia useimmista tunnetuista Kauai-nähtävyyksistä lyhyen ajomatkan päässä pohjoiseen tai etelään.

Perfect Kauai Getaway!" We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property in Anahola! The home was thoughtfully laid out with plenty of space, and every detail was considered for comfort and convenience. The views were absolutely stunning — from the moment we woke up to the moment we went to bed, we were treated to breathtaking scenery. Everything about our stay was perfect. The property was impeccably maintained, and it felt like a true home away from home. The property manager was incredibly accommodating, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a relaxing and seamless experience. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic, and comfortable stay on Kauai. We can’t wait to return!

Lasting memories were made at this property.
Our family enjoys being together but usually it's for a one day/evening event. Our time at this property allowed us plenty of time to be together but also each person was able to seek their own adventures and retire to their own spaces. We always gathered for dinner and as a result, our favorite times were around the large table at dinner. The house was comfortable, the views were amazing and the property was secluded and quiet. There were some issues, especially with the WiFi. It kept cutting out after we logged on but with all other problems Anaik Martin was always available to handle whatever came up. House was stocked with all the paper products needed for our stay, there were plenty of beach towels and the beds were comfy. It wasn't until we were there three days that it occurred to me there wasn't a TV in the front room...we didn't miss one. There is a "media" room that is off the living room and there were TV's in the unit over the garage and in the master bedroom. We rarely used any of those TVs! It was too much fun to visit and enjoy one another! Many thanks to Anaik for her patience in dealing with me.

Our stay
We spent one week in beautiful Kauai. The property and house were very nice and the access to the beach was great. What was a bit disappointing was the constant comings and goings of the property owners gardening staff, pest control and so on. It was a different situation and person 4d out of our stay. It was a bit off putting when you’re trying to enjoy family time and unsure who’s supposed to be at the home and who’s not. Overall our stay was so great and the property owners are very respectful and responsive.

The house far exceeded our expectations. Seeing in person was better than pictures in the listing. The manager was receptive and helpful. The views at sunrise are amazing as well as near full moons each night for a bonus. Plenty of space for a large group. The large kitchen and dining room areas easily accommodated our family of ten.

Family Reunion
Took our children and grandchildren to Kaua’i. This is a nice sized house with six bedrooms if you include the pull out sofa in the den and the bedroom / kitchenette above the garage. We used both. Master suite upstairs is very large with a magnificent view out the door of the ocean. Sunrise every morning is perfectly aligned with that door. It’s spectacular. And WILL wake you up! Great shower. Huge closet. Ton of sitting area inside and on the deck! Same for the main floor. Kitchen was amply supplied for our party of 12. Plenty of beach towels. The beach is pretty narrow so at high tide there’s not much or no room for a chair. It’s also fairly steep and lots of rock / reef barely into the water. It is protected by a reef but for small kids it’s not a great option. There’s a better beach just to the north called Kalalea that’s a very short drive. Easy parking and a short hike down. House came with half a dozen beach chairs, two kayaks, some snorkel gear, etc. We would stay there again. Aloha and Mahalo

Stunning Home
This is an amazing, very private home. Secluded away from most tourist destinations. We loved staying here. We held a family reunion for me and my 4 brothers. We are all in our 60’s this year and thought we should get together. There were 9 of total with spouses. This house is truly amazing. Plenty of room for all or us to hang out and plenty of bedrooms for everyone. The master suite is huge and well Appointed. We were a little off the main highway but close enough to restaurants and shopping. Reserve this “Once In a Lifetime” (or more) property. Aloha!!

Spectacular home on a stunning beachfront property. The home is impeccably stocked. Amenities include snorkel gear, vests, boogie boards, sea kayaks and more. A beachfront of smooth rock, sand and a reef make for the best snorkeling. The property manager was easy to communicate with and the concierge helped us make many decisions on services and excursions. A winning property.

Family vacation in a beautiful beach home
When I decided to have a large family vacation, 12 of us, total, this house seem to be the perfect fit. When we arrived, it was as beautiful as the pictures on the listing and is a lovely beach side home. I had a couple of questions about the house and amenities which Maarten answered promptly and was very responsive. The house sits right on the water and we enjoyed the cool breezes and the idea that the kids could play on the beach or on the back lawn. We spent a great view of our vacation just hanging out enjoying the house. The only downsides that I would say were that we did not find out that the air conditioning systems into the rooms were broken until the day we arrived. And one of the temporary air conditioners leaked while we were there and had to have it repaired. One other note would be that it claims to sleep 12 comfortably . That would only be if every bed was used with double occupancy. I might suggest that they supply some alternative bedding like cots or even air mattresses in case some of the guests don’t want to sleep two to bed in a couple of the queen beds. Other than that, the house was amazing and we were very pleased with our stay there and would stay again sometime .

Beautiful location with good options for private rooms and rooms in the main house. Great living room, dining room and kitchen for family time gatherings. Easy drives to Kapaa, Kilauea, and Hanalei.

Best VRBO ever
This place is all that has been described in other reviews. So pleasant to be up near Anahola, away from the crowds,where the things that you do and money that you spend benefit small local business. And Anaik, the on site property manager is the best we have encountered. Go to this place.

Relaxing
The home was wonderful. The kitchen and patio were a great place to meet at the beginning and end of each day. You can wake up and walk along the beach, make sand castles, kayak, snorke, or just read on the beach. It was like your very own oasis. It was also close enough to places to eat, hike and shop but without any tourists. The home was beautiful, hardwood floors, wide open living space and the yard was perfect for bocce ball, frizbee and soccer.

50th Anniversary
Very nice place. Well stocked and an amazing location. Only comment is the indoor and outdoor furniture could use improvement. Highly recommend.

Family Vacation
Had a great time with the family at the house. It was a great place to spend time with everyone. The grown granddaughters and their spouses got to spend quality time with their elders. We were a go at your own pace group, so we got to gather and disperse as we planned our own adventures. Everyone spent time on the beach and in the yard soaking up the sun.

40th Anniversary Spectacular
This property was just fantastic. There were 8 adults & one infant that stayed with us to celebrate our 40th Anniversary and everyone had there own bedrooms. Kauai is just breathtaking & this home was the same. The check-In & out process was flawless & Anaik (property mgr) bent over backwards for me to accommodate our payment as we had to change plans last minute from Maui because of the fires. The Concierge Services were amazing as well, they were so helpful. Booked all our excursions for us, and found us a private chef for our Anniversary Dinner at the house as well as florist who would do flowers for us on a sunday for our vow renewal on the beach. Just an amazing trip and the house was the key to it all. Plug for 808 Goat Yoga too. Soo much fun! Thank you all for a great vacation.

Hawaii Family Reunion
We had a small family reunion and the property suited it perfectly! Incredible views, private beach with wonderful bay to swim, snorkel, and play in. The lawn area hosted a lot of fun family games. Highly recommend this property for families looking to get away from the resort vibe and wanting an oasis off the beaten path.

Beautiful Home
Our family enjoyed our Thanksgiving Week at this beautiful home. The location is perfect if you want privacy but are also looking to be close to all that Kauai has to offer.
