Rhea, the morning front desk person, was the best thing about this hotel. She fixed the tv, that had no coverage, provided a house phone and toilet paper for me. Housekeeping and maintenance really need to step it up in this facility.

We switched room two times in attempt to find a clean on. The first room was dirty and noisy from surrounding rooms. The second room was dirty and nosey from the room next door. This room smelled heavily of pot. Third was quiet and less dirty. However, the shower was clogged. The breakfast was terrible. Very limited selection, cold cereal or bread items that you had to microwave. The only thing I had here was juice. I was extremely disappointed to have spent so much money to get to Alaska, just to be miserable and unable to sleep every night. At least Alaska itself lived up to my expectations. I will never stay here again.

Not the best
A little disappointed in how many things were dirty and/or broken in the room. The walls and carpets had not been cleaned, there was debris on the carpet from lack of vacuuming, and the phone and fan had visible dust on them and were sticky. The door did not lock and there were only screw holes left where the inside lock had previously been. The ceiling fan and heater were visibly broken. No thermostat in the room. The one thing that seemed clean was at least the bedding, but even they had multiple stains. The tv did not work, would only sit stuck on a loading screen when trying to change to any channel. Wi-Fi was good.

Everything was quite great. It was not quiet, neighbors above us were loud all night every night. It was clean. It was comfortable. The TV channels offered were very limited. The continental breakfast was awesome.

Staff was super helpful and accommodating. Nice, quiet and clean. Wonderful continental breakfast with loads of options. Will definitely stay there again when we go back to Alaska.

It was the dirtiest hotel room ever! I wish the hotel headquarters would send out undercover inspectors to see this...Talk about an overpriced substandard hotel...do they have any conscience ?? However, this place is located in a fairly good area, and that's was the only positive thing about this place.
