Rentoudu Charleston-tyylisessä rantakodissamme kauniilla Hartwell-järvellä. Tämä hiljainen lomapaikka sijaitsee rauhallisella umpikujaan, joka on piilossa arjen hälinästä ja sijaitsee alkovella, joka on heitetty suuren veden päälle. ULKOISET TIEDOT -
Talon edessä on 2 pitkää kuistia. Talon takana on 2 kannet, 2 suojattua kuistia ja iso terassi, joka tarjoaa monipuolisen tilan ulkoiluun. 3. tasolla on huonekalusarja 2: lle ja riippumatto nauttia rauhasta ja hiljaisuudesta puiden huipulla. Päätasolla turvatarkasta kuistilla on 6-paikkainen pöytä, chargriller-hiiligrilli ja lapsikokoiset adirondack-tuolit. 1. tasossa on aikuisen kokoisia adirondack-tuoleja istuakseen ja nauttiaksesi ylhäältä päin olevasta näkymästä järvelle.

Olemme lempeällä kaltevalla tontilla, joka on 65 metrin päässä talosta rantaan rantaviivaa pitkin varjostettua betonipolkua. Ei pitkiä ylämäkeen / alamäkeen tapahtuvia vaelluksia! Meillä on katettu syvävesitelakka, jolla on sähkö- ja vesipalvelu. Voit nauttia viettämällä koko päivän laiturilla ja uimaan suojatulla järvenalkovalla - tuulen, aaltojen ja veneliikenteen ulkopuolella. Tartu kelluvaan tuoliin ja kellu huolet pois! Kuten nimi kertoo, tämä on “Hartwell Heaven”!

Hartwell Heaven on alle 90 minuutin päässä Atlantan metroalueelta, vain 45 minuutin päässä Greenvillen (SC) keskustasta ja hieman yli 2 tuntia Charlotteen, mikä tekee siitä helpon viikonloppu- tai koko viikon lomalle. Kätevästi alle 15 minuutin päässä Andersonista (SC), löydät kaikki suuremman kaupungin ravintolat, ostos- ja viihdetarpeet. Clemsonin yliopiston alumneille ja faneille olemme vain 20-25 minuutin päässä kampuksella autolla. Voit myös lähteä veneelläsi miellyttävälle risteilylle Seneca-joelle ja telakoida lähellä Kuolemanlaaksoa.

Great stay for Clemson game
We found the house to be a great size for our family. Everything was very clean and the beds comfortable. We did not use the outside area so can not comment on that. It is about a 45 minute drive on game day to the stadium. The owner were very good about communication. Thank you for allowing us to rent your home.

Secluded lake cove
Perfect house for our trip. Bedrooms are one bottom and top floor with living space in the middle. Cove is quiet and perfect for floating. Owners very responsive on questions and making quick amendment to reservation. Great family getaway.

Pictures and description aren’t correct.
The grounds are awful. No yard at all and my brother in law used his equipment to trim the trees and bushes that were hitting our trucks and cars. The fire pit has settled and you cannot sit in the back chairs. No chairs on dock! No chairs on front porch. Rusted out stuff under porch and in yard. Grill and oven were filthy!! Grill had roaches and a downstairs bed had a live roach in it! The kitchen is not conducive to cooking! . We washed everything before using it!!! Two old blue towels in upstairs bathroom. The floors were not clean. We washed two of the dirty rugs! The holders in the drawers for utensils were dirty. The frying pan had all the black scratched off and metal showing. There are spider webs everywhere as well as dead bushes . The bottom step outside is rotting and pulled loose from the lower deck. The third floor uncovered deck is rotten. We had no tv for 24 hours. They finally fixed the issue and it and one other tv worked . 4 did not. Th furniture is fine but old. . Sofas are comfortable and ac is good!!! There is no bedroom on main level and no master bath.l the upstairs bath is the size of a large bedroom and has a soaker tub. We cleaned the oven and grill before we could use hem. If the grounds had been even a little bit nice it would hav helped! Outdoor living at the lake!!!

When we arrived, the odor on the front porch was a combination of dog urine and rotten over full trash cans at the end of the driveway. Once inside the house was clean and welcoming. This was the second time we vacationed at this location and after the first hiccup, we enjoyed it very much.

High school fishing National championship
Two families stayed at this location for a high school fishing tournament. Great location close to town and a couple of good restaurant. Good swimming off the dock for hot days with shade on beach in afternoon to cool down. Power at the dock to charge up boats every day for fishing. We all had a great time for the week we stayed. .

Hidden gem
We love lake hartwell and this is our second time renting this house there. Something’s could be done to improve the situation but over all we are always happy with our stay. Property manager should probably be replaced. Small things are always neglected like light bulbs being blown and and no hand towels in the bathroom. Over all 8.5/10

Home away from Home
Home accommodated all members of family. Outdoor living space was the place to be. The back porches and firepit area were shaded by tall full trees which allowed for outdoor seating with a touch of the lake breeze. Easy walk to boat dock. Location was convenient and close to nearby park ramp. Enjoyed bopping in the water off the dock too. Ladder available on dock for easy access to swimming. Local residents were nice and safe in the water with their water vehicles. Highly recommend this home!

The property was as advertised with plenty of room for our extended family. We spent most of our time outside on the dock or in the lake. Wish there were screens on the windows do that we could have opened up the house as the weather was very nice Otherwise it was perfect

Memorial weekend
Perfect layout for 7 people and one dog. We all enjoyed are stay and we would rent again. Front door lock is a little tricky but we got it figured out. My suggestion is get the wifi password before you arrive bc you won't have an connection until you sign in.

Thw house was amazing,but the extra touches provided made it that much more amazing. The snacks were definitely a hit for our crew. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The house is very home like. However,the Master bathroom...is every woman's dream!! We definitely will stay here again when we are in Anderson.

This was our second stay. As was the case the first time, the house was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Perfect for family time, games, movies and fun. Our kids live in the area but there was plenty of room for us to host a dinner at the house as well. Great place to build memories. Thank you again!

Great location for this couple!
This was a perfect location for us as we have kids a half hour from here in 2 different areas. For a family it would be great as well. It is not fancy but it is casual and meets all the needs of a lake home with plenty of space. The owner was easily accessible as well. We would stay here again.
