BON AMI tulee olemaan "hyvä ystäväsi" lomailun jälkeen. Tämä Maria Maria Islandin pohjoispäässä ja lyhyen matkan päässä Bean Pointista ja sen kauniista rannoista sijaitseva kohonnut uima-allas kotiutuu takaisin vuosi toisensa jälkeen!

Kauniisti sisustettu, kolmen makuuhuoneen, kahden kylpyyn loma-asunto on tilava, ilmava ja avoin. Graniitti työtasot, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja upeat puiset kaapit tekevät keittiöstä kokin unelman. Aivan sali alas olohuoneesta löydät kuningatar mestari, kuningatar toinen makuuhuone ja punkit (täysi pohja, twin top) kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa. Täydelliset liukusäätimet avautuvat olohuoneesta etuosan parvekkeelle varjossa aamulla, ja takana kohotettu kansi varjossa illalla. Kierreportaat johtavat trooppisesti maisemoitu uima-allas ja patio, joka tarjoaa runsaasti tilaa viihdyttää perhettä ja ystäviä tuntikausia. Istuma-alue ja kaasugrilli pyöristävät upean ulkotilan.

The house is very nice, comfortable and in a great location. We enjoyed our stay and the property management was very easy to work with, and were quick on a fix to the pool for us. They came to look at pool timer and was corrected within an hour or two.

BEST location, quiet neighborhood and a block to the beach. We were happy that we were at the north end of the island and away from the traffic and noise. The house was comfortable and clean. It would be nice to have some countertop cleaner other than the small pkg. of wipes, because we did quite a bit of cooking.

A Perfect Island Week
The location is beyond wonderful-a 3 minute walk to a gorgeous, uncrowded beach. The VRBO has a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and two decks. The pool area is private with plenty of seating. We highly recommend this rental proprerty.

Our stay was amazing! We tried some of the local cuisine. Pizza Social was outstanding!!! The Donut Experiment was great and so tasty. The beach days were great and we had a ball looking for sand dollars and wildlife. We fished on the Rod and Reel Pier! On our drizzly day we rode to Tampa and went to the Aquarium and road the Trolley. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and were in it every chance we got. We cooked most of our meals at the house except a few. We shopped at the local stores and had to try some ice cream from Two Scoops! All in all, it was an absolutely amazing week! The house was perfect. Thanks for allowing us to stay!

Lovely stay on the North End!
Bon Ami exceeded our expectations! The pool was warm and beautiful, and shady for a good part of the day, so we were able to really enjoy it with our young daughters without worrying about sunburns … and the front porch is just magical. We had some friendly doves that would come to visit, and with the shady palms it felt like we were somewhere quite exotic (Costa Rica?). The beach access is just down the block, perfect for a nightly trip to watch the sunset or to spend an hour or two swimming in the ocean. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect getaway
I've rented properties for >20 years on AMI and prefer to stay on the north end of the island. This home met our expectations perfectly. It's a short block walk to beach access. It's a few hundred steps to watch gorgeous sunrises each morning. The kitchen is wonderful and fully stocked with anything you'd need to cook or bake for a family. There are several comfortable outdoor spaces to relax and a really nice (very clean) grill. The living room area is perfect for relaxing and watching movies at night. The property was very clean, even though Ian had just come through a couple weeks earlier. Had to place one call to management as we discovered a small drip from a pipe. They were super friendly and were there within the hour to fix it. Overall a great value and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The property is very nice and has everything you would need and more in the house except dish towels. Only complaint was we had to call almost every day because the pool stopped running every morning and we had to call to get someone out to restart it. They all said it was something with the timers and everyday it was “fixed” but never actually fixed. Other than that, we had a great time and loved the area and place we stayed. We would definitely go back again!

This property was the perfect location to Bean Point-literally steps. Home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Pool was nice although the rocks around the lounge chairs were uncomfortable if you did not have shoes on. The only access to the backyard/pool was through one of the bedrooms or through the front door and going around the back. All around a great place!

Beautiful home very close to the beach. We visit Anna Maria every two years and this house was our favorite so far. Great location. A short walk to the beach, house was very comfortable and our daughter loved the pool.

Excellent location!! Some beach gear available and kitchen very well stocked. Plumbing issue on 1st morning repaired the next day. Very spacious and comfortable home (some things are a bit outdated/worn) and would stay again considering space , private pool and location!

We enjoyed our stay at the house! The kitchen was WELL stocked, plenty of towels for the bath and beach. There were 4 lawn chairs, a beach chair, as well as a beach wagon at the house. When we arrived there were a few floats by the pool and we left 2-3 as well, along with beach toys. It was a short walk to beach. We were able to rent umbrellas and a cooler from Just 4 Fun once we arrived for the beach. We enjoyed ice cream on multiple evenings @ 2 scoops and Dips, my family highly recommends 2 scoops. I hope to return to Anna Maria island.
