Tervetuloa Anna Marian saaren paratiisiin ilman asennetta. Maanpinnan äskettäin uusittu yksikkömme sijaitsee Anna Marian kylässä rauhallisella asuinkadulla, lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä sokerinvalkoisella hiekkarannalla. Ilmainen vaunu pysäkki, ostosmahdollisuuksia, erilaisia ?? ravintoloita, molemmat kalastuslaiturit, saaren yhteisökeskus ovat kaikki kävelyetäisyydellä.
Monet paikalliset konsertit, festivaalit, taide- ja käsityöt ja ilotulitteet vierailusi vuodenajasta riippuen.
Bradentonin, Sarasotan ja Tampan kanssa niin lähellä voit olla kiireinen kuin haluat loputtomilla aktiviteetteilla tai kävellä hiljaisesti kauniilla rannalla, katsella delfiinien uimakierrosta odottaessasi mahtavaa auringonlaskua.
Meillä on langaton internetyhteys, rajoittamaton kaukopuhelu Yhdysvalloissa ja Kanadassa. Laatoitetut lattiat ja kaunis suojattu lanai. Aidattu suurelle pihalle, patio ja huomioi hyvin käyttäytyviä lemmikkejä.
Hinnat perustuvat kahden hengen majoitukseen, mutta emme veloita lapsista.
Kysyessäsi kerro meille, kuinka monta viestialueella olevaa lasta jättää lastenlaatikon tyhjäksi tai muuten hinta laskutetaan lapsista.

Tämä mökki on saanut mahtavaa palautetta sijainnistaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Brandenton Beach. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla vesipuisto. Mökissä tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi keittiön ja parvekkeen/pation.

Wonderful Cottage
Stayed there again for a few days for our anniversary. Great location, nice place, wonderful host. We couldn't ask for anything better. That's why we keep going back. We left just before Hurricane Helene and are praying for Cindy and Anna Maria Island.

Summer Stay
Issues with navy blue pillow cases has stains from some one sleeping on them before us. I was able to wash and use them. The second issue was the deputies and parking. On our first stay we got a 50 dollar ticket parking on Fern St. there are no clear signs to not park on a paved surface.

Perfect Couple Getaway
This place was very clean. Check in and out was smooth. Property manager was easy to communicate with, if anything was ever needed. Ideal place for a couple, or 2 couples if you don't mind the limited common space and sharing a bathroom It's right in the heart of AMI with walking distance to everything you'd need. We grabbed some beverages from the local convenient store a block away and ate out for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Believe the VRBO listed the property as having a "Coin Laundry", not sure if that's just referring to nearby Laundromats, but there is full size washer/dryer out on back patio closet - which seems like quite efficient use of space. Soaps, trash bags, towels (beach and bath), well stocked kitchen - even coffee filters for the coffee, which was nice! I did have one small issue, if you call it that... The washer on the outside hose faucet needs to be repaired fixed as it made water spray everywhere when trying to rinse off. For the price point, this place is hard to beat! The title of the unit is accurate. We'd definitely stay here again!

Fantastic place!
My husband and I had a fantastic week at this wonderful house! It’s very clean and decorated so nicely. I love the attention to detail! We felt so at home, slept so well, and enjoyed every aspect of this home. The backyard was great for our pups! The patio was a wonderful place to sit and drink tea in the morning or enjoy a glass of wine before heading out to grab dinner at one of the local restaurants. We didn’t need to use our car the entire week! If you want to cook at home, everything you need as far as dishes, glasses, pots, and pans are there to use. You are a walk away from everything from shopping, restaurants, to the beach! Super quick walk to the beach! Cindy supplies everything you need from noodles to umbrellas to chairs and you can put it all in the wonderful wagon to take to the beach! (which makes life much easier! My husband and I used to carry our stuff in the past! )I honestly can’t say enough nice things about our stay! I’ll end this in saying we have stayed in other places on the island but Cindy‘s house stands out as one of the best! Stop scrolling and book your vacation now! :) Can’t wait to go back!

A Great Stay in a Cozy Cottage
Our small family stayed in this delightful cottage for a week and loved it. It is conveniently located, has a nice private back yard, a wonderful screened in porch in the back. The porch was perfect for a morning cup of coffee or a late afternoon drink. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The bathroom is newly updated and the kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed relaxing in the reclining sofa. I would definitely recommend this cute, cozy cottage and would stay here again. The host was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Adorable Cottage - fully stocked
We started day one with an early morning walk down to the bay for sunrise. We loved the location and adorable cottage with everything we needed. Such a cute little porch for coffee, a beach cart to fill up for the walk to the beach. Close to Ginny & Jane's, Mademoiselle for coffee and walk to Harry's for a delicious dinner. We got right in with no wait vs an hour ++ at several others. I use green products and don't like fragrances so the only downfall was the strong fabric softener and chemicals. If you have allergies or are like me this was very noticeable.

COMFY COTTAGE ON AMI
This one of the cleanest, most homey, and reasonably priced rentals we've ever visited on Anna Maria Island--or anywhere else, for that matter. The cottage is nicely located near the beaches, the Anna Maria city pier, and a variety of top-notch restaurants. Our dog, Rosie, enjoyed the large, fenced-in backyard. A great stay all around. Cozy, homey, comfortable cottage
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cindy’s Anna Maria cottage (duplex). It is like staying at a friend’s house, has all the essentials and more (beach supplies, towels, coffee, etc). The back yard and small screened porch are lovely. We rented bikes around the corner and never used the car in the time there. Everything is walking or biking distance. We prefer this type of cottage (feels like a local’s house) over all the new behemoth luxury houses being built.

Great location, great home for AMI stay
Had a great stay, was only there for 2 nights, wish we could have stayed more. Home very clean, stocked with everything you would need. Great location, short walk to beach, pier and many places to eat. Free trolley stop is down the block and a great way to get around the island. Hoping to come back and stay again.

The best location with all the beach supplies you could need. There’s a washer and dryer and a dishwasher! A nice screened in porch and pretty big backyard. You are SO close to the beach and sandbar restaurant. Would highly recommend this place. Great communication and flexibility. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you!!
