Stayed for 7 nights, unfortunately my room was next to the ice machine and I assume this was emptied by staff at midnight each night and this was noisy and woke me up several times throughout the stay.
The hotel was very clean and well presented.
There was a fire pit in the middle, looks lovely but not sure how much this adds when I've just been asked to review eco-friendlyness.
There didn't seem to be any method to indicate if I wanted my towels cleaned, so they were done daily.
Not many food options in walking distance so a car/Uber would be important.
We stayed at this hotel for 7 days - front staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable giving a good sleep. We would return to this hotel as we could not fault it.
We only spent one night.
It was clean and quiet.This hotel was conveniently located near downtown Annapolis. It was a 12-15 minute drive. Everything downtown was booked and prices were jacked up because of the weekend festivities. This was a good alternative.
Parking was easy (and I think free).
There are plenty of stores nearby; Target, Giant, restaurants, etc. which are in a one mile radius of the hotel.
The bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean. I used the fitness center in the morning. The machines were good commercial quality and the space was clean. There are 4 treadmills, 3 ellipticals, and a reclining bicycle. Also, a rack of free weights and weight bench.
Overall, a good stay.
I stay at a lot at local hotels as part of local travel blog and these are the pros and cons of this hotel.

There was no internet and when I asked the on staff member she told me “they plan to have it the first of the year”. No complimentary breakfasts, conditions were less than sub par. They also tried to bill me at checkout for snacks I never bought. Never booking there again.
This Marriot had a special deal and I do like staying at them if the price is lower. This site was older so should not be as high a price as others. It was in good shape and the bed was very comfortable.
Inventory of diet pepsi's at lounge was either out of date or received a bad shipment. Had to go through about a half dozen of them before we found one with sufficient carbonation.
Room #223 Interior room security lock (manual latch) was missing the part on the door - had been removed so that the electronic key box could be installed. Manual deadbolt apparently okay but didn't seem to engage completely.
