Pitkä kuvaus:

Ostimme tämän kodin tammikuussa 2010 ja uudistimme keittiön ja Master Suite -sovelluksen kokonaan. Olemme keskellä historiallista Annapolista, muutaman askeleen päässä Yhdysvaltain merivoimien akatemiasta (todella vain askeleet): minuutin kävelymatka portille 3, 2 minuutin kävelymatka portille 1 ja suoraan kappelin vastapäätä. Olemme vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä City Dockista, Ego Allystä, Marylandin osavaltion pääkaupungista, Main Streetistä ja historiallisen alueen sydämestä.

Navy Marine Corps -jalkapallostadion on 1 mailin päässä, ja miellyttävä kävelymatka mukavana päivänä (ja nopeammin kuin pelipäiväisen liikenteen läpi ajaminen!).

Olemme sisustaneet ja sisustaneet kodin nyökkäyksellä arkkitehtuurin historialliselle luonteelle (koti on rakennettu vuonna 1890 ja lisätty vuonna 1920!). Siellä on sisäänrakennetut, yksityiskohtaiset listat, kaksinkertainen portaikko, kaksi takkaa (toinen on muutettu kaasuksi), aurinkoterassi näköala King George Streetille ja upea ja varusteltu "Cookin keittiö".
Muodollinen ruokasali on keittiön vieressä, ja siinä on 1920-luvulta peräisin oleva antiikki ruokapöytä. Vaikka talo ei olekaan "historiallinen", se sisältää myös langattoman internetin ja suuren taulutelevision.

Yläkerrassa Master-sviitti oli suunniteltu nykyaikaisemmalta, ja siinä on iso kylpyhuone (joka oli esitelty Annapolis Home Magazine -lehdessä) ja toisen kerroksen aurinkoterassi näkymät takapihalle, näkymät kohti State Circleä. 2. makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode ja kolmannessa Makuuhuoneessa on pari erillistä vuodetta näköalalla Navel-kappelin kupolille! 2. kerroksessa on myös toinen äskettäin uusittu kylpyhuone.

Meillä on 2 kadun ulkopuolella olevaa pysäköintialuetta ja kauniisti maisemoitu takapiha, jossa patio ja grilli, varjoisat puut ja runsaasti tilaa takapihalle.

Vain kypsät ryhmät. Tämä ei ole juhlatila. Ihanteellinen perheelle ja ystäville, jotka etsivät ylellisyyttä lomalle. Odotamme innolla puhua kanssasi!

Fabulous reunion home
We came for my husbands 40th reunion. It was the perfect house. Close to everything and so comfy with wonderful bedrooms, kitchen, living quarters and backyard. The parking was also wonderful because there are not a lot of places to park. We had excellent communication. Very quick to reply. Thanks for a great place. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

Spent a beautiful week at this lovely home for my daughter’s wedding at the William Paca House & Gardens. The owners are so generous and gracious. Everything you could need is provided - including crab mallets. You can’t ask for a more perfect location with easy walks to everything downtown. We loved it!

Our adult family of 4 came back to Annapolis after moving out of our 1920’s home in Eastport in 2022 for my mother’s funeral. The home was perfect for our somber stay and provided great flow for a small family and friend gathering to celebrate my mom. We felt like the sweet home gave us a big hug. Thank you for sharing your wonderful house. We found it to be a clean, cozy, relaxing and peaceful property. It was within great distance to the Naval Acdemy which was awesome for attending Navy’s soccer exhibition game and to downtown. It had a wonderful and peaceful backyard for relaxing. The only negative was the outdoor patio furniture. It had debris and cob webs on it which I feel should be cleaned as well before guests arrival. Other than that we loved our stay!! We would definitely stay here again! Oh, the big plus was the parking; its own driveway, which was awesome!!

Perfect commissioning home!
We had a wonderful stay during commissioning. The house is charming, warm and cozy yet spacious. Plenty of room in the formal dining area and backyard to host a gathering of 20 family members. The location can’t be beat! Very short distance to the Yard and downtown. Kristjiana was a lovely and accessible host.

Great spot!
Perfect location to walk all of Annapolis! Easy to find. Off street parking so you car is safe. Owners are super nice and accommodating. Master bath is terrific. Front closed on porch is the best for hanging out with the windows open. House is well appointed with everything you need to relax and have a great weekend in a great town. We have stayed in 3 VRBOs in Annapolis when we visit and this is the best by far!

Home away from home
Look no further for your home away from home in the best location possible. Our family decided to do a staycation to live the downtown life for a few days. Kristjana went above and beyond. She left scooters in the backyard for our children to play with and had the home stocked with toys. We spent our mornings walking to local coffee shops to get breakfast/coffee to go, eating it at the city dock, then walking over to the nearby playground for the boys to play. Then our evenings were spent enjoying the beautiful backyard. The location does not get any better. The home was decorated perfectly and made us all feel at home. I just can’t say enough good things about the home or host. If I could rate it a 10, I would. Thank you Kristjana for allowing your home to be a place that families and friends can create memories. We can’t wait for our next staycation!!

This house was perfect for our 5 family members. Located very close to the Naval Academy, harbor restaurants and shops. The house was very clean and thoughtfully well-appointed with essentials. Commissioning Week '23
Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying here - location can't be beat and parking was an added bonus! Home was clean, comfortable and stocked with amenities. Loved the shaded backyard, which easily accommodated a small graduation party, complete with dining table for 6, an outdoor couch and two seats with ottomans. Kristjana was so thoughtful with leaving a congratulatory note and gift bag upon our arrival. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfectly Quaint
This home and the host immediately made our family feel welcome. You can't get a better location...walk everywhere. We were there to visit with our Mids and it was close to gate one to drive on and even closer for them to walk through the turnstile short cut near T-court at gate three. The beds were so comfy and the kitchen and backyard and porch were perfect for our cook out on the grill. The front sunroom porch was amazing and quiet for morning coffee. We had the best weekend and made great memories. We will be back for sure!

Fantastic USNA 40th Reunion House
Our experience was first rate from the day we checked in. THE house was clean and ready for occupancy and the owners were flexible on the extra space out back for one of our cars. All appliances were modern and the house was very quiet to outside traffic which made it easy to sleep. Beds were comfy.We rented when it was starting to get chilly at night but did spend some time out back on their nice brick patio. I hope to rent again in 5 years for our 45th.

Nice home
The home was beautiful and perfect for our wedding rehearsal dinner. We left the yard in better condition than we found it. Please be aware that the neighbor on the left side of the house (when looking at the house from the street) was extremely rude. She yelled at me while we were getting ready for our rehearsal dinner. She then contacted the owner of the property and which led to her messaging me on my wedding day. This caused a lot of stress. The HOA president also approached my family while we were staying here. The home is in a perfect location for a wedding and is very beautiful. The owner was very communicative. Unfortunately because of the very rude neighbors, I will not be staying here again. It felt like we were under a microscope.
