The names of all occupants must be listed in the reservation.

Please do not eat or drink in the bedroom and use the kitchen table and outdoor dining table as designated eating areas.

Please close all windows and doors when using the air conditioning, and turn off both a/c units when you go out.

Please take extra care of the house keys, as lost keys will incur a replacement fee of 25€.

Please treat the furnishings and fixtures with care, as you will be responsible for any damages caused. We also ask you to not rearrange any of the furniture.

No illegal substances are allowed on the property.

For safety precautions, please do not sit on top of the deck banister.

Please be sure to wash all dishes and leave the kitchen in an orderly manner. Make sure you don't leave any personal items behind and check all rooms, closets, drawers, the safe and the terrace before your departure.
