Golfers Haven Links Cottage, Crail - Pass the Keys
Links Cottage is a haven for the golfer, flanked by the two renowned 18 hole golf courses of the historic Crail Golfing Society – Balcomie links designed by Old Tom Morris with its unique layout and stunning views and the newer Craighead links, a Scottish Golf and R&A championship venue.
The property overlooks the 10th tee of Craighead with the course stretching down to the beach and the Fife coastal path where dolphins and seals can be spotted.
Links Cottage has been completely modernised throughout to a high standard and offers accommodation for up to 6 guests - 1 twin room downstairs with adjacent shower room/toilet, 1 double and 1 twin upstairs with adjacent shower room/toilet.
The delightful south facing kitchen / sunroom to the rear comes fitted with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave. The rear doors open out into a spacious private patio and garden from where you can see golfers complete their round on the 18th of the Craighead Links.
The golfer is well catered for with a store for clubs and trolleys, clothes drying and charging batteries. Private parking is available on site. The eco-friendly solar panel heating makes Links Cottage a cosy and homely retreat for the discerning guest.

Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am.
A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time, as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
*The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
* Please note there will be a fee for lost keys, £100 and Please note that a fee of £50 will be charged for call-out if you forget the keys inside the flat. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them.
* A £100 will be applied for late checkout.
* We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there will be there a shop nearby if you need anything additional.
* We love our neighbours so please respect the building and be considerate when it comes to noise levels.

During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
