TL; DR NOT SAFE at all. We got robbed! The very first night of our stage, we left our bag for an hour in the terrace and we found out that 900 EUR was stolen from the wallet in the bag. As there was no other neighbor at that exact time slot, the only suspects were hotel administration. In the end they didn't resolve the problem and we left the hotel with very sad mood. Our whole holiday plan wasted because of this hotel!

Small problem with room when I arrived but rectified in minutes. Ally was absolutely amazing the following day with helping with onward flight and helping out really appreciated. Hotel good location and rooms good size. Staff were amazing so 5star..

Odalar çok temiz değil yatak üzerine dekor için konulan bordo küçük yastıklar uzun süredir yıkanmamış odanın yerlerinde kırıntı pislikler ayağınıza batıyor iyi süpürülmemiş ve toz doluydu çok rahat edemedik temizlik açısından.

Öncelikle oda küçük olduğu için değişiklik talebi ve geç check out talebinde hemen olayı şu kadar ödeesinize getirmeleri hoş değildi. Sezon olmadığı otelin boş olduğu bşr zamanda müşteri memnuniyeti düşünülmeliydi. Oda giriş kattaydı hemen pencerenin dibinde saat 16 da başlayıp gece sabaha kadar süren meyhane gürültüsünden uyuyamadık. Kalacaksanız mutlaka üst katlar olsun orayada geliyor olabilir. Bölge güzel otel binası güzel ancak hotels de size gösterdikleri odayla ilgisi yok. Kocaman büyük oda nerde içinde adım atamadığınız oda nerede. Birde elinizi kaldırsanız gıcırdayan yatak. Temiz miydi evet. Resepsiyona gündüz bakan beyfendi olumlu iyi yaklaştı kendisininde hakkını yemeyelim

Das Hotel ist in der Altstadt. Näher am Meer und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Alles sauber. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist super. Das Hotel befindet sich über einem Kneipenresraurant. Nur wenn man früh ins Bett geht, ist es vielleicht nicht geeignet. Ansonsten war ich voll zufrieden
