The Space:
Villa Ulani is a luxurious 3 bedroom 4 bathroom villa located on the El Rincon complex in the Los Cristianos resort in Tenerife. Although the villa doesn't have a private pool, it does have access to the community pool on the complex. The villa has several balconies and terraces which have sea views. The villa also has air conditioning and wifi internet. It has been recently refurbished (November 2020) and is furnished in a luxurious style. The villa is laid out over 2 levels. The lower level consists of a spacious lounger consisting of an L-shaped sofa with a very large wall-mounted flat-screen TV with English and international satellite channels. There is also an armchair, coffee table, side table with lamp, and dining table and chairs (please note the photo was taken before the chairs were delivered). This is a brand new villa, and the photos were taken immediately after the refurb. The American-style kitchen consists of a breakfast bar with 4 stools, an oven, microwave, hob, extractor fan, tall fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and kettle. There is a downstairs cloakroom with a wash hand basin with a mirror above and WC. Patio doors lead out from the lounge into the lower terrace with artificial grass and 4 sun loungers. This terrace also enjoys a sea view. The upper terrace is furnished really well and enjoys excellent sea views. It also has artificial grass. There is a dining table and 6 chairs for alfresco dining, a sofa, 2 armchairs and a small table for relaxing, 2 sun loungers, a Balinese bed, and another 2 armchairs and table to chill out in. Patio doors lead back into the upstairs kitchen which is equipped with a microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. On this level there is also a family shower wet room with a shower, wash hand basin, and WC. The master bedroom consists of a king-size double bed, mirrored wardrobes, an occasional chair, a chest of drawers, with a flat-screen wall-mounted TV above with English and international satellite channels. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom consisting of a walk-in shower, a wash hand basin with a large mirror above, and a WC. The 2nd bedroom also has a king-size double bed, 2 bedside tables with bedside lamps, fitted wardrobes, large wall-mounted mirror, chest of drawers, occasional chair and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with English and international satellite channels. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds and a bedside table. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a double balcony, which also enjoys great sea views and is furnished with a rattan sofa, 2 armchairs, and a small table. These 2 bedrooms share a family bathroom consisting of a bath with shower overhead, wash hand basin with mirror above, and WC.

The owner also requires a final clean fee of 200 euros, which is payable in cash on arrival, unless paid upfront.

The shared pool on the complex is heated during the Winter months.

A cot can be provided on request.
