The Latch House Barn is a beautiful multi-level home. The second floor has a king bedroom loft that includes twin bunkbeds. This property is a pet friendly property that offers a doggy door, outside kennel and fenced in yard. There is an attached covered carport for parking.

Located on the Boardwalk is merchant’s shops and restaurants. If you are looking for a scenic view the Arrow Rock State Park is a beautiful park with a visitor center, picnic areas and hiking trails.

Wonderful, beautiful, and centrally located!
Beautiful property with very accommodating host! Aaron was very knowledgeable of area and brought out a fire pit for us with wood! The loft was so comfortable and hard to leave when time to go! Highly recommend!

Great Overnight Stay
The property was a great overnight stay on our trip out to Colorado. Very clean and well suited for a family of 4. Not far from the highway and located in a small vacation town. Local restaurants had some great food, especially the pizza and ice cream. Will look to stay again!
