The modern, impressive city villa is located in the picturesque village of Arta in the northeast of Mallorca, not far from the well-known beaches such as Cala Mesquida, Cala Torta or Cala Agulla in Cala Ratjada. The house is in a privileged location in the upper part of the old town of Arta, just below the parish church.
From the roof terrace you can enjoy a fantastic view of the castle. From here you can easily take a stroll through the city and end it with a convivial lunch or dinner in one of the nearby restaurants. It was only in 2010 that the villa was redesigned into an extraordinary holiday home according to a very original concept.
Divided over three floors with over 400 m² of living space and a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, our guests can expect clear lines and a great, pleasant and very stylish, cozy interior. On the second floor there are four double bedrooms, all with their own TV, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms, also with their own TV, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom, are located on the third floor. There are also two small balcony terraces with wonderful views over the village of Arta.
In the lower area there is the entrance area with fireplace salon and the staircase to the first and second floors and from here you go to the open, modern 35 m² kitchen-living room with cooking island, a large dining table and a view of the pool in the inner courtyard. And the inner courtyard (Spanish "Patio") is also the highlight of Villa PADRINA, in which there is the 7 m x 2.5 m swimming pool and, as a final element, a covered terrace with a comfortable seating area and a bathroom with shower.... .and from here, just a few steps up, another terrace with sun loungers and a view of the pool.
Although it is a townhouse, the villa offers a lot of space almost like a country house with various outdoor terraces... Our conclusion: A great holiday home for families or groups of friends in one of the busiest Mallorcan villages, not far from fantastic beaches!
