We stayed 2 nights while visiting Asheville. We got to the hotel an hour earlier than check in time but since our room was ready the lady at font desk kindly allowed us to check in. All the staff was welcoming and friendly. They also gave us suggestions for restaurants that were all great. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was large with lots of counter space. The breakfast, including the coffee, was very good. We were on the 3rd floor and had a nice view of the mountains and as an added bonus, the Asheville Outlets were right across the street. We had a great stay

Dirty and they didn't care when we asked them to check our room. Blankets smelled like private and he said if he couldn't smell it standing up, it was fine. He finally said he would give us sheet but we would have to do it our selves. :(

The hotel was in great condition, and the location was perfect! The price was very reasonable and they include breakfast! The staff was very helpful and friendly. However, the parking lot (and parking spaces!) is small. But I will gladly stay here again.

My sister and I spent two nights here. Our room was perfect for us. There were 3 chairs in the room, so we had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The AC worked really well. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. The only thing I saw that wasn't very clean was the stairs, which could have used vacuuming, but considering everything else, it was a great value. We would stay here again.
