Täysin uusittu, jotta vierailustasi nautittaisiin, tämä huoneisto sijaitsee kävelykadulla Alexandras-kadun vieressä, lähellä Ateenan keskustaa.
Sijaitsee rakennuksen 2. kerroksessa, jossa on hissi, jonka sen arkkitehtiomistaja tarjoaa eklektisen sekoitus nykyaikaisia ja antiikkihuonekaluja, ja siinä on miellyttävä olohuone, kaksi erillistä makuuhuonetta (joista yksi on varustettu "parivuode 160 cm ja kaksi muuta sänkyä", hyvin varustettu keittiö ja kylpyhuone, jossa on tilava suihku 80X100.
Huoneistossa on kaikki mitä tarvitset nauttimaan vierailustasi Ateenassa (ilmastointi, Wi-Fi, TV, pesukone, hiustenkuivaaja, silitysrauta, keraaminen liesi, leivänpaahdin, kahvinkeitin, pieni uuni ja mikroaaltouuni).
Se sijaitsee lähellä linja-autoja (230, 025, 026, B5, 18, 19), joiden avulla pääset nopeasti Akropolikselle, Syntagma-aukiolle, Plakalle, arkeologiseen museoon jne. Kävelymatkan päässä on 20 minuutin matka Ateenan keskustaan ja matkailualueelle.
Ateenan lentokentältä pääset metrolla (sininen viiva) Ambelokipin asemalle, joka on 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä asunnosta tai alle 5 minuuttia bussilla (linjat A7, B5, 14, 18, 19), että otat metron Lopeta (Lopeta Alexandras / Panormou), kunnes Ippokratous pysähtyä.
Naapurustossa löydät kahviloita, ravintoloita, supermarketteja, talon vieressä olevaa leipomoa, pankkiautomaatteja ja monia kauppoja. Huomaathan, että lemmikkieläimiä ei hyväksytä.
Huoneisto ei ole pyörätuolilla käytettävissä, koska rakennuksen aulassa on askeleet juuri ennen hissiä.
Tämä huoneistohotelli on saanut loistavaa palautetta avuliaasta henkilökunnastaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Lycabettus-vuori. Huoneistossa tarjoaa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Beautiful Greece
It is beautifully decorated, spacious and very comfortable. If I am picky I would suggest supplying a clothes drying rack. The shower head need attention and a longer shower curtain would be recommended. The linens and towels were awesome and the kitchen is well equipped!

Met expectations in the best ways possible
The property is as advertised. The apartment is spacious, especially the bedrooms, and everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The host met me at the door on my arrival and oriented me to the property. I could see where a person might want to be more centrally located to the tourist attractions, and there are certainly nicer, more affluent neighborhoods in Athens, but for the price, I didn't mind the 10-15 minute walk to the metro, which is only three stops away from the Acropolis, etc. I would stay here again.

We were completely informed of important items of our stay such as finding the location, places to eat and places to go. Two markets were close by, and the bakery on the next street had affordable and tasty breads and pastries. Our apartment contained everything we needed to make it through our three-day stay. Very nice rest after a 21-day cruise.
Our host anticipated our every need. He met us early for checkin. The apartment had all we desired. Elevator was small, but met our needs. Groceries and restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend this apartment and the host.

The property was great. It was a little hard for our cab driver to find the street, but we managed. The space was quite adequate for two people. At first, we struggled unlocking the door. You might want to make sure you review how to do that with guests. We walked lots in the area and into the main area of Athens. We enjoyed the bake shops and grocery stores in the neighbourhood. Thank you for your hospitality.

This location was a little farther from the main center, but peaceful and relaxing. It is close to two bus stops and metro. It was a lovely little retreat for us to relax after our whirlwind Italy trip.

Awesome stay
My family enjoyed our stay very much. Beds are comfortable, kitchen well appointed, a/c works well. Very good communication and recommendations. The blow dryer blew out the power and someone was there within 30 minutes to fix the breaker and even brought a new blow dryer! No other issues, just a weird occurrence with the blow dryer, didn’t have any issue before or after that. Great location with grocery stores, convenient stores, bakeries and restaurants all very close. I didn’t use the bus or metro but stops are very close as well. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

The Apartment
The apartment was perfect! It was spacious and very clean. We had more room than we needed, and enjoyed having an extra room where we could put our luggage, and hang clothes to dry. Having a washing machine was so convenient, and the kitchen was well equipped. There was nothing more we could have wanted! The price was very reasonable, and well worth staying out of the city center. The communication was excellent. The location with the neighborhood restaurant so close was so nice, with great food and amazingly reasonable prices. The bakery at the end of the street had many delicious items and the prices were low, so we bought more sweets than we should have, but we couldn't resist! The bus stop was very close, so we often used that transportation to save money. My husband and I recommend this property with 5 stars!

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung in Athen
Schon im Vorfeld bekamen wir jede Menge Informationen vom sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber Miltiadis. Der Freund Cristos übergab uns die sehr gemütliche und komplett ausgestattete Wohnung. Sie liegt zwar in der Nähe einer großen Straße, aber in den Schlafzimmern nach hinten war es ruhig. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause in der geschmackvoll eingerichteten und schön dekorierten Wohnung. Sie war tipp topp sauber, mit Bus und Metro konnte man schnell die Innenstadt Athens erreichen. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Eine wirklich schön und vollständig eingerichtete Wohnung, nicht ganz zentral gelegen, aber Metro und Bus sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Die Straße ist recht laut, aber in den Schlafzimmern nach hinten heraus bekommt man davon nicht viel mit. Was ich unbedingt hervorheben möchte, ist die Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieters, der für uns jederzeit erreichbar war und unkompliziert geholfen hat.

Great apartment
This apartment was great, very clean, spacious bedrooms, a cute little balcony. Our host was wonderful- he sent tons of helpful information ahead of time about the area, things to do, restaurants to try, wine recommendations, etc. He also had a map with nearby bus/metro stops marked and info on how to obtain public transit passes which was incredibly helpful. The apartment is about 15-20 minutes on public transport to the city center. There is a bakery and a restaurant both a few doors down. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator available.
