These people were digusting, spiteful and careless. The rooms were dirty, most thing didn’t work. The door, the WiFi, the room phone, the staff would talk about you in their Indian language. They didn’t want to give me a refund and when they did the took forever, spoke with another customer whom I met up with at another best western and she got her money back immediately and I didn’t so there was bias in that. I had to call and threaten to call the police on them for scamming to get my funds released for my refund. Piss poor service, they don’t know what they are doing and they is no sense of accountability or attempt to apologize for the terrible service. I didn’t even spend the night I went to another best western.

The room was comfortable, spacious, good view and overall clean but the pillowcases were stained and one of the towels smelled too much like some kind of cigarette. Reception is pretty good but the elevator needs to be cleaned more frequently and put something in it to remove the cigarette smell.

My sink was clogged I called down maintenance came up said it was fixed but after he left I went to use it and found out it wasn't fixed. Overeall ok place just need to upgrade alittle bit like change the rugs close the gaps under the doors.

Someone tried to enter my room when I had locked the door. The only reason they didn’t get inside is that I put the safety latch on. They stopped them. I reported it to the front desk and asked them to get me another room but not on that floor. They said they had no other rooms available but I refused to get back on that floor. So I asked then to allow me stay inside the lobby but they refused as well and kicked me out into the night! That was a horrible experience! This hotel is unsafe! Don’t go!!
