There were stink bugs in our room, there was no shampoo provided, the shower and bathroom doors would not shut. The front desk could not process my credit card. They were always out of hot water at the coffee bar.

I decided to give 2 stars instead of 1 because there were a few positives at the location. The representative at the front desk who worked first shift was very nice and helpful and my suite was spacious and comfortable. However, those positives do not outweigh the experience I had. Roughly seven of us had our vehicles broken into during our stay. I contacted James in Sales multiple times and he never returned my call. After calling IHG, because I am a member and complained, I finally received a call back from the Operations Manager. T. Carter was very nice and comped me for one day of my stay. Another complaint that I have is the fire alarm going off on 4 separate occasions for long periods of time. I eventually called the front desk and asked if it was an emergency and they said they were testing the alarm. It would have been nice to be notified.

Pleasantly Surprised!
Its strange how a lot of properties have the most uncomfortable beds and pillows. I have found it difficult to get a goodnight sleep. Not here. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice lobby and dining area. Good breakfast. This will be my Buckhead go to spot. Thanks
