I checked in for my two night stay and used Apple Pay for the deposit required by the property at the front desk. The following night I went down to the front desk to check in for an additional night I had already paid for online. The woman was rude told me I was not able to use apply pay even though I had done so the previous day in my original check in. She told me I would have to cancel my already paid extension because she refused to accommodate an already existing guest. On my way out that same manager told me I was going to have to pay for parking since I extended my stay by one night and the parking permit for the first two nights had already expired. What she conveniently left until the last second is that she could simply ask the valet attendant to use the employee card to open the gate. Which she did anyway. Poor, poor, customer service. Clearly doesn’t appreciate out of state guest.
