Hotel is good but breakfast was a disappointment. I was told breakfast would go to 10am on Christmas Day but it ended at 9am. The hot food was sitting there pretty much with few left overs so I asked if they were going to make more sausage or scrambled eggs and the kitchen lady said no, they close at 9am but I could still have the other stuff there. She could have been accommodating like what would you like sir etc but no she was not interested in helping but rather go home earlier ? No customer service at all and was on Christmas Day!! Another issue was the deposit of $50 for incidentals? When I left, I asked about that and they told me it would take one week to be posted back to my account???

I booked a king bed and was given a 2 single bed! The bed was so small that my Husband and myself was falling off 😠 😡 I went back and asked for what i booked and clerk said because i booked with a 3rd party they can't do anything, because they're over booked and have to assign the king beds to there members first! I didnt ask all that! I needed what I booked and Paid for If you're over booked dont allow third parties to continue to book your hotel
