This Hyatt wanted to charge us for parking. It was a pay on your phone app. Hotels.com showed free parking. Thank goodness for hotels.com customer service - who made sure that we would not be charged. If I hadn't contacted hotels.com I would have been charged $15 a day!

I like that the room was spacious. The face bowl area needed more space for a handicap person to use their toiletries. The room did not have a microwave. At lease have the trash removed from the room daily.

Good overall.
Overall my stay was good. Checking in was super smooth and the person at the front desk was super friendly. The look of the hotel is nice, not outdated and the room I stayed in was spacious. It was a bit dusty and the sink was a bit dirty, but other than that no problems with cleanliness. The breakfast was good, they had a decent variety of items. I extended my stay one more night and the staff was very accommodating and I was even able to stay in the same room I had originally gotten. The only real complaint I have was with the beds and pillows; they were not the most comfortable. Other than that I would stay again.

The rooms were very comfortable. I didn’t like much the bathroom space and it’s location, but they were clean. The breakfast food was good, but it seems that the hotel was not prepared for the large quantity of guests during the weekend . There was not much of food left with still an hour remaining on the defined breakfast hours . Neither forks , spoons nor napkins. It was a little frustrating to keep requesting things. Also, we had to pay for parking, although the Expedia perks clearly shows that parking was included. This issue was unexpected and frustrating.
