We stayed at the hotel for a total of 8 nights. The first day the room didn’t get cleaned, call the front desk, apparently at check in they should have asked how often we wanted the room to be cleaned but they didn’t. After the complain I thought the issue was solved, just to come back to the hotel that night to realize the room was cleaned but the bed wasn’t made, so we complained again. Next day same thing nothing got done. Talked to the hotel manager and thought that the issue was finally solved, it was for that day…the next few days was more of the same, they either didn’t clean, or didn’t make the bed, or didn’t leave any coffee. Would not recommend this hotel for a long stay like the one I had with my family.

BREAKFAST WAS OPEN AND FOOD NOT COVERED. I HAD HAIR IN MY PLATE. THE FOOD WAS JUST LOUSY, NOT SANITARY. THE FOOD WAS LOUSY AND UNSANITARY. THERE WERE NO PAPER PLATES, CUPS OR PLASTIC UTENSILS.THE COOK SWEPT THE FLOOR WHILE PEOPLE ATE. THE GIRL WHO WORKED THE FOOD SECTION WAS VERY RUDE AND NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. THE CHECK IN HOST-WOMAN WHO WORKED DURING THE WEEK ACCOMODATED WITH ROOM FOR SENIOR MOTHER WAS WONDERFUL AND VERY HELPFUL.

Good Stay Overall
The hotel is comvenient and in what seems to be a safe and good location. The street was a bit noisy throughout the night. The room was clean and comfortable, but we did have to put our own trashbag in the can. The staff we encountered were all super nice. The breakfast was not on point, however. It leaves much to be desired. There were any pastry options or waffle maker. The scrambled eggs did not taste good at all. Parking is close by, but in a parking deck not attached to hotel and costs a little extra.
