I was very disappointed in this property when I arrived. It was rated -good 7.8. When we arrived the entire place smelled like marijuana. It was in an unsafe neighborhood where people were asking for money, cigarettes, etc. On the way to the room the rugs were filthy and stained and there was a broken window in a room being held together with tape. We entered the room and it also smelled like marijuana and the heat did not work.

Nice and clean. Parking. Close proximity to the Hard Rock, which was convenient for some live music we were seeing there. A great little family run restaurant around the corner called AC Island, open late night with banging food.
