*** Heads up! The Rhythm & Spirits restaurant, located behind the apartment, usually starts playing music around 10 or 11 AM, and you might catch some of those tunes inside your unit. On Friday and Saturday nights, the music may be heard until 12 AM. If that doesn't bother you, go ahead and groove to the beats as part of your daily routine! Enjoy the music-filled vibes! ***

If you are here to celebrate anything, DO NOT hang items to the wall using any adhesives except painter’s tape or command strips. If you use thumbtacks, duct tape, masking tape, scotch tape, or anything else damaging to the walls you will be charged accordingly. NO GLITTER ALLOWED. You will be charged an additional cleaning fee if glitter is found in the house.

2) Occupancy limits and restrictions: Be sure to book with the correct number of guests and pets. Unless given prior approval from the host, you cannot have any more than 6 persons in or on the property at any one point in time. A violation of this could result
